    ************, this company will steal your savings. As a veteran, I fell for the veteran-friendly process on their website. I wish I had read all the other reviews before getting into a contract with the builder Century Complete and their mandatory lender. From the beginning, the Loan officer complained about having to take our case because he was swamped by files already. Then he started to lie about the numbers, he kept asking for more money to close each time, which was not needed, which we evidenced by email and recordings just in case. We spoke with the builder and showed them the emails, they did not change the lender and continued trying to sell us the house. They lied and gaslighted us every step of the way. I requested our deposit back because of the Lender lying and the company trying to ignore the wrongdoing, as well as not providing the documents to close on time. They canceled the contract and kept the deposit. This company does not care about you, all they care about is one thing and that is PROFIT. The *************** Complete wholly owns Inspire Home Loans. They are highly deceptive as well saying all closing costs are covered but then eat up all the seller credits on a ton of fees to keep the money within the company. Please, I warn you to read all the other reviews, you're better off renting or buying from an actual builder who is ETHICS driven than dealing with this predatory company and its lies. If you still want to work with them beware of ******** **********, **** *****, and ***** ****** as they are the ones who took advantage of me and my family. They didn't even provide the documents on time before closing, I did not have the clear to close from the bank yet and they still kept my deposit. Read the reviews here and on BBB so that you do not lose money like me and my family did thinking we were dealing with an honest company that is proud of being veteran-friendly. They have no integrity or accountability.

    Beware of this company as they were very misleading. It was a horrible experience , we were home purchasing with Century which offered an Incentive to use their preferred lender, Inspire. So we were very diligent of giving our information, legal documents, bank statements, etc. to inspire as they had approved us we went forward with paying our ******* money to Century and towards the end of our he month or two of going back-and-forth, having to submit documents that had already been submitted ( loan officer kept asking for the same documents over and over when they had been submitted in there portal) waiting weeks with no answer. They then respond that we have not been approved, so was very misleading and almost felt as a total scam, we ended up canceling our home purchase because it felt like total fraud/scam.I dont recommend this home loan processor to anyone Beware!

    I have used Inspire but almost give up on this company. My first loan ******* is very slow and unresponsive to questions and delays the approval process. The underwriter is very tedious as to the extent of not making sense. Finally close with them eventually but is was a very difficult process, I almost had anxiety attack. Countless sleepless night. I want to thanks and acknowledge my second ******* ***** that was assigned to me help me with the closing and finally made the process better.

    Terrible and misleading experience trying to use inspire. Century was offering an Incentive to use their preferred lender, Inspire. As such, I spoke with the lender and received a quote with full loan estimate details.I insisted I wanted a quote with 0 points and a 30 year fixed rate mortgage. I was given a rate and was satisfied with the quote. We proceeded accordingly until 2 months later when I went to lock in our rate (I was told I couldnt do a 90 day lock).My new estimate showed a rate increase of 1.5%, which did not reflect the movement in the market. The lender said he accidentally forgot to add the points in closing on the first estimate, as they clearly were not listed. Thus, this misleading and false lender estimate led me to change lenders at the last minute.I escalated the situation to management that lied even further stating that my 0 point interest rate quote was a weekly special, which turned out to be false. Eventually the supervisor agreed to the misleading and lack of transparency, offering a further incentive that still wasnt market competitive.I would never allow a loved one to utilize this lender as it seems they prey on those that are new to lending or do not know how to follow cost estimates, Be aware!

    I've never had a more horrible experience with a company! I mean, who conducts business via email only??? Since working with *************************** and Inspire, I've only had 2 phone calls with him AND I had to leave several voicemails for him to respond. I've gotten him everything he needed, sent screenshots of what I thought he may need then asked him to POINT OUT what was needed...only to find we sent him THAT! He wants my stepfathers' bank statements and he's not even on the contract but we have a copy of the check from his account, my deposit slip, and my bank statement showing that it was cleared and posted. My home buying experience should be exciting, not filing complaints with BBB, 5 On Your Side and possibly hiring an attorney.

    I own a real estate team that completes over 250 transactions per year, and I have personally bought several homes myself. You could definitely say that I am well-versed in the lending process. This has been the worst experience I have ever witnessed in my over 15 years in the business. I genuinely believe that my loan was not reviewed by the underwriters until the day before my scheduled closing. They asked for the same documents multiple times. This property was an investment property, and it was the least expensive property I have ever purchased. After two weeks of s******* around with the loan, it finally closed. I made the mistake of not checking reviews and the Better Business Bureau. They truly lived up to their terrible reviews and poor BBB rating. I strongly advise you to stay away from this lender.

    Inspire home loans is the worst company to deal with. I am a well-established senior citizen with an excellent credit rating. I only used them because **********, Century Complete recommended them. I had the hardest time getting my mortgage which should have been a no-brainer. I should have used Rocket mortgage who would have taken the same information and had a loan underwritten and ready within a week. After closing, I kept getting harassed by Inspoire over a bank statement that was previously provided. How they lost it, I don't know. I cannot recommend this company and I state to stay away from them no matter what deal they are offering you. Go with another lender because Inspire is not worth the problems they produce.

    Applied for a loan, they didnt know how to use VA. Got ghosted. Was told I needed to put down $75K for a VA loan. Was pre qualified by 5 other lenders. I went with another builder. They ***************** in the Pines in ******** **, act as if they never sold a house.

    Century Complete needs to reevaluate there in house lenders inspire home loan are the worst I ever seen with being truthful and communication was awful especially the one in ***** ** lender said he has been doing this for over 20 yrs but every time I asked a question he says he will have to ask his supervisor plz never use them we still brought the house without there help went with outside lender which was the best we closed in 21 days inspire home loans needs change there lenders or the way they do business sign Mrs *******

    We had applied to a home, we initially were assigned to one representative for about a week, there was no contact and when we checked a week later, they ended up switching us to a new ********** rep ended up speaking with us once to start the process. We had no contact for another week while we had tried to reach out approximately 3 times during that time. We had received contact to go over information we had already provided. This followed with another week of no contact just to find out we were not accepted for a loan and that they wanted us to provide ******* money prior to the loan process completing. There was no information, no guidance. Our loan officer said that he would send us information from the ************ it had been roughly a week and a half and he had said it twice that he would send it. Our loan officer initially said that our debt to income needed to be better and that our credit was within approval range, not even a few days later i received a substantial raise, notified and he came back to say that our credit needed to be better and it was not acceptable. I had even shown him that our credit was within his range and never confirmed or updated us. He never confirmed he received my raise information. There was no correspondence between Inspire and Century Complete, no updates. My wife ended up calling him randomly and was caught off guard with his family where he gave a minimal update and even said he does not check his EMAILS, which is the PRIMARY method of communication.Speaking of updates, they do not utilize their app so if youre not their priority , they wont update the stages of your mortgage application. At this point we have signed documents of release from the real estate agency to cancel everything and it STILL shows application received, we should already have been at decision made which is step 5. Too many times we have contacted him and he reached back and said "I will follow up today/this afternoon" and not once ha
