I had Staturio Classic white quartz installed on August 24, 2023 for a waterfall island. Since September 2023 I have been experiencing discoloration, streaks, stains, cloudiness and lines in my quartz countertop.Quartz Trend came out on two occasions to address the issue(September and November). Each time they came out I observed that initially the product that the technician used seemed to work. However, once the chemicals that the technician used begin to settle, normally after a few days my concerns would reappear.I have used their recommendations on how to clean my quartz(dish soap and warm water and later ****** Quartz cleaner). After applying these cleaning solutions, I was left with the same concerns. The cleaning solutions do not work.I believe there is a defect in the Quartz. I have not contributed to these defects as I have not used the quartz. I have only cleaned the quartz based on Quartz Trend recommendations, which is to keep dust off the quartz. On January 17, 2024 ************************* CEO Quartz Trend scheduled an appointment to come and look at my quartz for January 18, 2024. He no showed with no call to advise that he was not coming. On January 19, 2024 ****** requested I send pictures of concerned areas, I advised, my camera does not pick up the stains, discoloration and the other concerns and that he needs to come and see my quartz. He no showed for the appointment and did not call to reschedule. I followed up with a call to him. I filed a warranty claim with Quartz Trend on February 16, 2024 with the same concerns. After receiving my claim, ****** advised that he needed to come and see my quartz countertop. He scheduled an appointment for March 6 but had to reschedule. He reschedule for 22 March but he no showed with no call to advise he was not coming. I left a message on March 22 regarding the appointment but he has not returned my call.I just want to get this resolved and for ****** to adhere to the warranty guidelines.
