            On April 29, 2024 was my closing date. I am giving a one year home warranty but I have to send emails with my findings which I have made multiple attempts with no response from ******* Homes owner ******* *******. I want my repairs to be completed and the things that were missing to be repaired.

            Good morning, ******* Homes warranty process requires that the homeowner submit a written request to ********************** for review and approval. We offer two warranty visits for repairs after the closing date. We offer a 90-day warranty repair session and a 11-month session. This closing date was in April 2024. The 90-day repair session was completed. The next scheduled repair session is March of 2025. We have no record of any request for repair since our last visit but will contact her today to see what is needed and resolve.

            *** *****, we have received your warranty repair list on October14, 2024 and are making arrangements for any repairs needed. Our 1 Year warranty procedure allows for repairs at the 90 day and 11-month period after closing. Keep in mind your next warranty repair session is at the 11-month period after your closing date of April 2024. You are scheduled for repairs to take place in March of 2025. Any additional items, discovered between now and March 2025, can be submitted for review prior to the scheduled appointment. We will be reaching out to you today, via phone, to better help with any misunderstanding.
