  Simply, I placed an order on the mobile app, this particular store canceled my order and never refunded my money. Despite screenshots and emails as proof, as well as an escalation to McDonald's overall corporate customer care three times, the money I paid on Dec ** still has not been refunded to me. McDonald's puts responsibility in the hands of the store owner. The store owner told corporate (in my case #) that they called me and refunded me; none of which occurred. The store owner doesn't seem to realize we live in *024 where credit card & phone statements can verify these things. Additionally, the store owner placed a fraudulent order back onto my account approximately * weeks after the incident (I have screenshots also) to basically 'claim' I placed the order. What they don't know is I traveled down the road and placed a different order at another McDonald's around the same time as the order they "re-added" not making it feasible for me to be in * places at once. This store HAS committed fraud by stealing my money, then lying about it, and then trying to cover it up. Further, while corporate has proof of this, they are turning their heads. I'm stunned. And now I'm doing something about it because they probably thought I wouldn't for the sum. The fraudulent order is ***** at ******* I never entered that because my first one was entered at ******, order canceled at ******, and I placed a new order at a DIFFERENT location at ******, after I drove there. You can see on the ****** screenshot they removed my ****** order entirely. I have other emails from McDonalds if needed.
