I was an employee for ***** the owner of Rigged in crane services. July 8, 2022 I quit because she shorted me on my check. I called her and she said that she is the owner and makes the rules. She also has not paid me my last check. She is on meth and even failed a drug test for it. I passed mine the one she gave me. She also has stolen the money she took from my check for taxes and never paid the *** for them.Business response

******** is just upset with the company because she had thought it was going to be fine for her not to work her normal regular schedule (Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30) and still get paid. When that was not the case that is when she got verbal and walked out on her job. ******** also fails to say that we helped her in many ways in her employment with Rigged-In Crane Services, LLC. When she had car trouble, we allowed her to call and order the part she needed and have it billed to the account and she was to repay the company when the invoice came in, as well as we allowed her to drive one of our spare vehicles. However, at this point, she still owes that part. Her vehicle has been in the parking lot since it broke down without her making any arrangements to have it moved or fixed. She walked out on 7/8/22 and as of 7/21/22, it is still in our parking lot. I have broken down her complaint below for the dispute because these are very serious allegations and are completely false. These allegations could be very detrimental to our company all because she is angry.
******** is correct she did quit because she tried to take advantage of the company. We had discussed putting her on salary instead of hourly. However, that next week she left early 4 days and called out 1. Week 2 she called out 4 days with no excused absences. Taking all that into account I decided that it was not beneficial to the company's bottom line to have her change from hourly. Her accusations of her check being short are false. As far as her final check she was informed that we mail the final check however, she owes the company money for a part that she ordered for her vehicle. As well as she had possession of a new company phone and returned it damaged without no charging cords or blocks.
********'s allegations of drug use are completely false. I gave her a drug test which she failed for marijuana and that is why she accused me of any type of drug use.
********'s allegations about taxes are false also. I have turned in the tax forms.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: this is not true. My car is broke down in the parking lot of this business. I also have pictures of the meth found in another ex employees personal vehicle, as well as ***** and ******* to witness and testify. The phone that was returned had a couple cracks on the back of the phone from working and dropping it in the shop which i told ***** via in the office one day. She has terrible memory problems and must have forgot this. All items including shirts, phone, watch and charger ( which was in my desk at work) was all returned with paulding police with me. The phone was still in brand new working condition even with the cracks. The part ***** is tallking about, she told me i was not responsible for as she had it RETURNED and the other one she stated that she felt bad because my cars transmission went out and so she was just going to write this off and i told her she could take it out of my check and thats when she stated that i didnt owe her for the part. She did let me use a company vehicle and phone BUT that was told to be apart of my salary. She has changed my hpurly pat rate up and down and back and fourth from salary all when she told me to take a day off to take myself and my child to the dentist. She is also aware my mom was diagnosed with cancer in March and i would have to come late or leave occasionally as i would be needed for my mom. She shorted me my 2nd to last check $200+ and refused to pay my last check. She mailed my mother a letter that was typed on word and sent to me as a legal document. This is theft by services her holding my last check for no reason. I have text messages from ***** and i that can prove alot of things that she is stating is lies. She is way behind in taxes bc she has not paid them. She also does NOT have workers comp. Insurance. I have been speaking with an attorney and will be suing for unpaid wages and emotion distress. She has also refused to release my phone number that i have had for the past 15+ years from ******* and currently uses it for her business and will text my sister from my old number messages to relay to me. I also have screenshot of this. She is not professional neither is anyone else who works there. My first month of employment with Rigged in crane services, ***** felt the need to tell me that her mother, herself, her husband, and her housekeeper are ALL on meth and that because of them all on meth it caused her husband to cheat on her with her own mother. Like i stated i want my full paycheck owed to me as well as the shorted amount. Im working on getting my car removed from parking lot and i also want my phone number back and reimbursed for emotional distress.
Sincerely,

I would first like to start off by confirming that one of the chargers have been located. As of August 2, 2022, a total of 25 days from the date that Mrs. ******** chose to abandon her position within the company and her personal vehicle has yet to be removed from company property. Trying to be understanding, we have not followed through with having Mrs. ********** vehicle impounded. Due to the lack of communication and efforts from Mrs. ********* her vehicle will be removed and impounded by local police on Monday, August 8,2022.
The actuations that Mrs. ******** is stating in her complaint have now been sent over to the company's attorney office for review to determine whether or not legal actions are necessary.
As far as the incident pertaining to the former employee ***************************** finding, what was described to be as methamphetamines in her personal vehicle was being reviewed and discussed in a confidential meeting with all employees and owners involved. Mrs. ******** was one of the employees in question because, as she stated we were all trying to help her out with one of our personal vehicles so she would have transportation. Because Mrs. ******** was the last person to have driven Ms. ****** vehicle, she was asked to come in and take a 12-panel drug test. Mrs. ******** agreed and proceeded with the test. Because I also previously drove the vehicle, I too provided a test. Mrs. ******** and ************** along with both owners and Ms. ****** husband *******, who was also an employee was present for both test results. Mrs. ******** failed for marijuana. I failed for amphetamines for which I am proscribed by my doctor for ADDHD. The drug test that we use are a 12-panel *** APPROVED / CLIA WAIVED.
The company cell phone provided to Mrs. ******** was never documented or discussed of being damaged. Before the company phone was activated, I discussed with Mrs. ******** about using her personal number on a company account, she still chose to transfer her number rather than having a personal and company phone. When Mrs. ******** was refusing to return the company phone and watch, I was forced to report the items stolen and freeze any further use. As soon as the authorities were involved, she returned the damaged device and watch. If Mrs. ******** wants her phone number back, I have no problem releasing it. She has not communicated with me or anyone at the office requesting this. This request needs to be in writing if this is something she wants. Also, because she did not provide a new address or phone number, I tried to reach out to Mrs. ******** about removing her vehicle from the property via a phone number that she previously messaged me from. We also, mailed her final company paperwork to the address on file. When it was discussed to Mrs. ******** the final payroll is mailed minus any employee debts owed to the company, she began threatening myself and the company again and stormed out the door.
