We obtained Bath Planet of West Georgia and we were very pleased with their services.. Their five men crew with Josh, Matt and Dillan along with the other two gentlemen were professional at all times and did a superb job with our bathroom renovation! I would definitely used their services again and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!!!

Wow Wow Wow. We love our new bathroom. Yes it does take a little while to get your stuff in and due to Covid I am sure it has taken a toll on Bath Planet as well as a lot of other businesses, but it was worth the wait. This bathroom was redone by another construction company about 5-6 yrs ago and what a mess. The floors were not laid properly the grout was falling out from around the tiles in the tub area and on the floor. Terrible workmanship!!! But Bath Planet sent in two of the nicest guys that worked above and beyond and did an excellent job. Replaced rotted boards & pipes, I would recommend these two guys to do any kind of repair work. AWESOME. Thank you Joshua and Dylan we are so impressed and love our new bathroom. Every time I walk in there it brings a smile to my face. And they completed a whole bathroom in 4 days and worked tirelessly. Kudos, love & hugs

We used Bath Planet of West GA twice, July 2021 for bathroom remodel and Nov 2022 for kitchen remodel. They are much more reasonable than their competitors- we shopped around. Our first job was during supply crisis and COVID pandemic but we kept in contact and would get updates. The bathroom remodel was awesome and we still enjoy it and work we got done. Fast forward to recent, we decided to work with Bath Planet for kitchen remodel and it’s amazing!!! Installers were on time each work day and they had to travel more than an hour to get to us. They ensure work site was safe at the end of the day since we stayed home during renovations and have kids. They stand by their work and honor their warranties. They’re great people to work with and we trust them and have recommended them to family and friends. We’ll definitely use them for future jobs.

Here's the thing ... When you ask for any type of remodel you have to go in with the understanding that things are going to go awry sometimes. For me, this was a little frustrating but totally worth the overall decision. Ms. Tracy and Ms. Leslie were with me thru the ups and downs of my master bath re-do. They've been so super nice - from beginning to the (almost) finish line. I LOVE my new bathroom and have no regrets at all !! It's was also surprisingly affordable for a single lady like myself. Ms. Tracy got me scheduled to meet with Ms. Leslie and from there I'm so glad I decided to go with Bath Planet of West Georgia. My house says Thank You too.

I totally regret signing an agreement with Bath Planet of West Georgia to complete my bathroom project. I signed the agreement in October 2021 with the understanding that my bathroom would be completed sometime in January 2022. The sales representative came right out and took all the measurements and said it would be no problem and they might even be able to get to me in late December 2021 if product came in which didn't happen. Now it is April 2022 and the bathroom still is not completed. Tracie the office manager does not keep me updated and every time I call her she gives me a different date that the product shipped. Then the next time she'll say it was delayed due to COVID. But that makes no sense because she said it already shipped! I know COVID has caused delays but it has been six months now! They should at the least keep me updated regarding delays!! Especially this far out. I've already paid them a large down payment which they said was due to order products. WARNING!!! I strongly do not recommend anyone to use this company. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

We hate to see this customer has chosen to file a complaint when this customer was advised last week that the final part had shipped on 3/**/22 and it would take roughly a week to receive and at that point we would schedule her, she is making this complaint saying she hasnt been given updates and she was told her final part was coming in sometime this week. Before the sales rep came out and took measurements in October, Tracy, the office manager, informed the customer of the lead time of roughly 10-13 weeks we were facing and she still allowed us to come out. When the sales rep was at the home, she did advise the customer it probably won't be before Christmas as we already had a number of people signed up prior to her but if by chance everything came in by then, we would try to get her installed. The customer was ready for her bathroom to be completed because she had already allowed someone in her family to start on it and he couldn't finish it and from our understanding, it had been sitting unfinished for some time. She was told up front the shower products are custom and made to order for her bathroom and this process does not happen overnight as well as given to her in writing. After reviewing phone records and call logs, the office manager and/or sales rep and spoken to this customer multiple times every month since October providing updates. We don't think it is unprofessional to give updates to a customer multiple times a month but we can only give the updates that we receive and in this case we have. The particular finish of shower door trim she chose in October has been the hold up, we are not in the habit of starting a remodel before we have all of the products. This shower door style and size has taken a lot longer to get in than normal so we called the customer and offered to do a change order on the shower door, free of charge, and changed the style of the door so we could get her install started. But that did not mean the shower door was sitting somewhere waiting, it had to be ordered, made and shipped from Chicago. The delays are from a number of things, the influx of customers and customer demand, Covid causes not only our company but the manf plant and freight companies to be delayed due to short staffing, Covid has also caused a lot of different materials and/or products to be difficult to get in the timely manner in which we were able to get them before Covid. This customer was required to make a down payment due to the products being custom made for her bathroom, as the same for everyone else, she also financed her project. I think maybe the confusion is that we do have some products and when the customer was given certain updates, it was for certain products that had arrived only but that part was not specified and should have been and we apologize for that miscommunication. At this moment, the shower material has arrived and we are waiting on the shower door (reminder of this change order in Feb after waiting on the other door for so long), the shower door is SCHEDULED to be delivered to us tomorrow, 4/*/22. As long as it is, this customer will be scheduled for install. We have appreciated hers and everyone else's patience during these times as it is not just our company, almost all renovation companies have roughly 4-6 month lead times right now along with other industries who spend their days waiting on parts and such, we are all getting used to how product industries are now.

I was not advised last week that it was the final part that was shipped on 3/**/2022. Tracie led me to believe nothing had been received but the flooring. And that was one of the three different shipping dates she has given me but never did she let me know the parts were being received individually. Bath Planet is totally incorrect regarding their keeping me informed. I would never say they were not in contact me if it were not true. The only conversations I have had with Tracie at Bath Planet were when I have called her every 30 days to try to learn of progress. As previously stated correct updates would have been appreciated. In particular with it being six months out. And no bad I known it would be six months out to receive parts I definitely would have gone back with ******. And yes that is unprofessional to bring up my personal business regarding my bathroom!

Again, we know you are frustrated as are we. We do not like having customers wait so long and we have apologized numerous times for situations out of our control. In our previous response, no intent was meant to be unprofessional by mentioning your personal business about your bathroom and no specifics were given, the only intent was that getting this bathroom finished for you is a priority since you have waited long with us and waited long before you called us, I apologize if in any way it seemed anything other than that. On 3/**/22, an email was in reply to your email stating everything had arrived and been checked in except for the shower door. Our warehouses do not ship glass alone and it has to ship with the next order out, which is what we are expecting to be delivered today. We will be in contact with you today, 4/*/22 or tomorrow 4/*/22, depending on what time the shower door arrives today, to schedule your install and make sure the demo has been completed.
