I cant say enough good things about my experience with Canadys! **** was here servicing my two units today and he was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely polite.He explained everything in detail to me about what was needed. We have used Cannadys for over 10 years and have been pleased with every visit. Their service is outstanding exceeded only, by their technicians and customer service. Our technician today was Dillion, who is always very respectful, and explains the work he does accompanied with pictures. Definitely “10” across the board!! Thank you Dillion! Andrew and his colleague were here when we needed someone. We called in the a.m. and they came out same morning. They were professional neat prepared knowledgeable thorough and responsible from A to Z. Andrew explained things clearly and made it painless. They arrived w a truck filled with parts and tools ready to work same day. When done he gave steps for followup, and left things clean and orderly. We signed up for both the Canadys HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance plans and told some friends. Highly recommend.Canady's Heating Air & Plumbing Response

The service was very professional and curteous. My condenser was locked following a power failure. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, reset the condenser and performed a thorough inspection of the unit. We've had such bad experiences in the past and finally switched to ******** last year, and we couldn't be happier. When something went wrong with our A/C this time, they came out and admitted that the previous guy messed something up, and told us they would fix it for free. Not many people would be this honest and fair! So glad we switched to them and finally feel like we can trust someone! Thank you!Canady's Heating Air & Plumbing Response

Nate at Canady’s did an excellent job by being very thorough not only solving my problem in a timely manner but the knowledge and easy to understand what the findings were in my plumbing lines. He explained all of my options and made me feel very comfortable and confident he knew his job snd knew it well.
