            I purchased a motorscooter from this company and had an incident with the bike ordered parts the week of November 7th and was told I should have them by Tuesday of the following week. I paid the amount I was asked to pay. Since then I have been calling with no response. They were unprofessional from the beginning. I had my wife to ride over there and the store was closed but there were bikes still in there. The Man running the place always talked about a lady who will order the parts. I never met her even when I was told what time she would be there to order the parts. I wants my parts or my Money back. The bike had a scratch on it from the beginning and I was told the lady owner had to be contacted regarding that and it never happened. I tried to support our Black business and for this one. I got no response about this issue at all. I would like help from the Better Business Bureau to solve this issue. Thanks
