  I hired this company to clean our air ducts because of their 5 star reviews and looking at before & after photos of duct cleaning. My mother had been having breathing problems so I thought this will really help her. When the 2 guys brought their big machine into the house to recover the dust and 1 guy had a circular bristle brush with about a 50ft. cord on it to run through the ducts, he said he could only run it about a foot up in there because it would Tear up the duct work!!! I had already removed all the ac vent covers so it would be easy for them to clean the duct work!!! The vent at the front door had some black dust in it, so the guy stuck his phone up in there and took a picture and told me there was Black Mold in there and he could remove it with some spray solution for $200 more and then was trying to sell me a uv light installation for $600 to which I refused, so I had him do the spray solution because he said that would Stop my mothers breathing problems! I asked how long it would take for the Black Mold to go away and he said by the time they were gone it would be gone!!!! Well my mother still has the breathing problem!!!!!

  I tried to call Mr **** multiple times but he didnt answer to my calls or text messages. When he did answer one call he hang up the phone. 2 technicians serviced ******************* and I did talked to both of them about the situation. Customer was with the technicians the entire time and followed the process.
  ******** is very old and they offered him to sanitize the ductwork. Technicians brushed the ductwork from both sides ( furnace side as well) in order to make sure that there no be any damage to the unit. The reason that we brush ductwork from both sides is because we dont want to push the brush all the way to touch the coil. I believe that we can solve any issue but customer dont want to pick up the phone to solve it. I welcome Mr **** to call us and we will make things right for him.

  I am rejecting this response because: He wouldn't let me talk, So yeah I hung up on him and blocked their phone numbers!!! All he was saying was that he has been doing this for 11 years, He's a Scammer Period!!! You Look at how long they have been in Business 9 years but Yeah he just admitted they Didn't Clean the Duct work out !!!!!

  You should read my response again. Its very easy to blame and point a finger that Im a scammer. The fact is that Im not a scammer and you need to be more patient. I let you talk and you just hang up. You choose that way not me. I do want to help you and fix the issue.

  if I was a scammer I wouldnt even call you at the first time. Find in your heart the forgiveness and give a second chance. Until now I dont even understand what is the issue and why you are upset.
