    Earlier today I ordered (#SY6717BB712AB9E) from Sylvane a canister vacuum cleaner and replacement vacuum bags for $397.70, including tax. I received two confirmation emails. Shortly thereafter I received a third email cancelling the order (#T5147552), saying: Thank you for your Sylvane purchase, shown below. Unfortunately there was an issue with your payment method. You may order again from the website and use ****** [sic] instead.I didnt want to use ******, though. I wanted to use my credit card, with which I get 2% cash back on purchases.I called my credit card company, inquired about the issue. A representative told me there werent any issues, that the purchases from Sylvane had been approved.I next called Sylvane. A representative told me a third-party partner had cancelled the order, only he didnt know why: There is an issue, but no specific issue that is mentioned here.Clearly the issue wasnt with my credit card, but with Sylvane and its business partner(s).Meanwhile, I lost hours of my life perusing the Sylvane website for the right vacuum and accessories, navigating the checkout process, reading the emails, calling my credit card company (and waiting), calling Sylvane (and waiting)(I've lost yet more time writing this account.)Today wouldve been my first purchase from Sylvane. So Im not (and wont ever be) a customer.Does that mean ****************** is going to delete my personal information from its databasessee, too, that my information is deleted from the databases of its unknown-to-me partners? How long until I get a follow-up email about the items in my cart? Or an automated customer satisfaction survey? Or automated emails telling me about Sylvane promotions, sales?Sylvane didnt cancel the order today because it was looking out for me (i.e., the customer).I hope potential customers think twice about doing business with Sylvane.

    I made a purchase for the Honeywell 20 Pint Dehumidifier with *****. Upon additional research I noticed they had the model incorrectly listed and the model sold to me was not the ***** connected model.I chatted with customer care and after spending over two hours explaining the situation and providing my detailed research thy agreed the company incorrectly listed the item. Rather than cancel my order and correct the mistake they did nothing. The item shipped and the company stopped responding. The issue is the item did not ship and is still pending pickup from the carrier for over two weeks! Clearly the reason the item hasnt shipped is because it doesnt exist due to the listing error. I disputed the purchase with ***************** and they tried to contact the seller but they too got ignored. Ultimately **************** refunded me a month later but still nothing from the seller! This seller has countless bad reviews showing this type of experience. I urge potential buyers not to buy from this seller!

    Beyond their control no pump fir my Honeywell so I'm on list for pump 2 months away. Hotter than haties in *********. Memo " We got her" 5 weeks instead of 8 so 3 days later I'm Cool Thank You

    Air feels better, and I breathe and sleep better. I have asthma and the unit seems to be helping that, since it filters out dust and cat hair. Very quiet unit.
