Atlanta Painting Company just blew the other estimates out of the water. I was impressed with the sales rep ****** ****** the project manager and ******'s workmanship. Communication was excellent and we are very pleased with the new look. Our house is brick but we wanted to paint the house white. ***** and ***** helped us decide on the right combination of colors and it looks awesome. We used Romabio Mineral Flat White paint on the brick and SW Duration super white for the trim. I'm so glad I chose APC, they were the first to respond and I was impressed from the start. We were very happy with the exterior painting of our home. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed as scheduled. The office staff were very responsive to my questions and scheduling. ***** and his crew are hard workers who take pride in a job well done.Review from Nicole R

This is a company that pays for reviews from customers, $10 Amazon gift card for every review. They asked me to do new reviews. I did on **** and Google.They never sent me the $20 Amazon cards.After a month, I complained to a dreary, boring-sounding, no-service employee name ****** No action on his part. A week later I contacted him again. He said there were no reviews from me and I should send him a screen shot. I will not spend any more time on the reviews.******* at **** said they took down my review because I already reviewed the company. My review is still on Google.Several years ago after the company did a painting job on our home, I did a review. It took me two follow-up calls to the Painting Company to get gift certificates. Maybe they feel if a customer doesn't follow up they save money by not sending the gift certificates.I'm not sure if this is a scam, but it is truly a no-service company that tries to buy reviews from customers.**********************

We are sorry for the inconvenience and back and forth in getting gift cards, however I do show that the gift cards did go out on 5.12.22. Due to our size and amount of reviews received if we do not see a review that is claimed to be posted we do ask for a screenshot just to verify, as stated in your review what can happen in the digital marketing space is the reviews can be taken down removing our ability to verify a review has been given. Also we in no way "buy" reviews as we incentivize all reviews good and bad with the option of gift cards or donation to the local charity of the customer's choosing. This is simply a way to give back to customers for taking the time to give us constructive feedback that allows us to better service our future customers. The reviews were on the sites; the sites or platforms have copies* However, after the experience with "oh hum" ****** I replaced the reviews with the negative review*On ******* the review appeared next to the positive reviews posted several years ago (that's the way the ****** system works)* It did not appear as a recent review* Also, the positive review was on ****, but also replaced by me* After I first complained to ***** about the gift certificates, he said he would check* He never called me back about the result of his checking* Terrible customer service* Terrible* After he said I should send a screen shot, I said the positive reviews were posted (again, these can be checked at the sites)* It was then I got totally frustrated with the time I spent with ***** * * * replaced the positives with my negative review* It was after I explained the complete situation with *****, your estimator, he made sure I received the gift cards*Keep in mind: We went through the SAME situation with ***** the last time we had a painting job completed by The Painting Company* Once again, I had to complain to ***** about ***** and his lack of customer service skills* It was then we received the gift cards*We are a repeat customer!
