Hi I write to you with no where else to turn in the hopes that this company can be looked into. 6 Years ago I signed an agreement with **********. They became Aramark and are now Vestis. The drivers will come and bring only partial orders and never credit me for any of the missing items. When I told them this and gave them a 60 day notice of termination they said I was not allowed to get out of the 5 year contract because it was renewed automatically for another 5 years without discussion. That alone seems unethical. There should be a requirement stating that they have to notify that you renewal is coming up. To then not be allowed to give notice of termination is crazy. They have so many complaints against there business and I'm hoping that you will look into this company.

Signed a 3 year agreement with Aramark back in 2019. I didn't want to renew the agreement back in Nov 2022, they said I signed a 5 year agreement and forged my signature on supporting documents. Jump to Nov 2024 we try and see what ****** has to offer who took over Aramark. They ignore us then say we didn't send them a cancelation letter with in 60 days and are now locked into Aramark's original agreement. I want to be absolved from the contract renewing due to forgery of Aramark and the blatant disregard by ****** to respond to our request to smooth over a new agreement before the contract would auto renewed. This account is meaningless to our sales *** who said he has 1000's of accounts and didn't even know what ours had in it. The sales *** ************ ***** Senior Territory Manager *************************************** Vestis

I am getting extremely fed up with these bogus BBB complaints.  Do you people do any research or due diligence whatsoever? Do you look up an organization's EIN Number( mine is **********) before you post these ridiculous complaints?  I am NOT THE VESTIS ASSOCIATED WITH ARAMARK - I believe they are Vestis Services LLC or something akin to that.  *********** Vestis *** incorporated in 2015 and has only one location in **********, ************ and we are a men's clothing store - even though this ***** ****** fellow didn't do any due diligence I'd expect more research from an organization like the BBB.  if I keep getting these spurious complaints from individuals who have no done even ONE IOTA of research, I'm going to look to pursue legal action against the BBB.  Once again, I AM NOT THE VESTIS ASSOCIATED WITH ARAMARK - if you see the name Aramark (they incorporated as Vestis less than 2 years ago), please do not direct the complaint at me.  Im a small business owner with a family and very irritated to spend my precious time that I should be using to run my business to deal with complaints like this.  I'm fed up.

I have been an Aramark customer since 2022 (which is when we bought our business). The account manager **** is the one who signed me up. We are a seasonal business, and I specifically asked him if that will work as we are closed 4-5 months per year. He said no problem, well now that it is Vestis apparently it is a problem. Of course, **** has moved into a new position and can't help me. He referred me to ***** who is absolutely useless. I have been billed while we are closed, I have been billed even when their driver doesn't come out. I have text messages that say his truck broke down, and another one was he wasn't coming out until my bill was squared away. I was billed for both events even though there was no delivery! They are signing the invoice that says they were here. Isn't that illegal? I thought the customer signs for delivery?? I am absolutely at my wits end with this horrible company. They haven't helped me but yet they continue to bill me, and we are now up to $1,119.65. Their accounts receivable calls me because of the overdue invoices. She asks me if anyone has called me yet. I tell her no and she says she will have them call me. 3 times they were supposed to call me, and I haven't heard from them yet. I am now going to file a complaint with the *********************************** and see if they can help me. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH ARAMARK / VESTIS!!!!

When I switched from Cintas to Aarmark, I was verbally assured that I would not be locked into a long-term contract and that I could easily discontinue service if I was dissatisfied. My primary reason for choosing Aarmark was their towel service, which unfortunately led to immediate complaints from my customers about stains, black hairs, and cotton fibers coming off the towels. Despite my repeated calls to my area manager, ****, the suggested solutionsswitching to a higher-end toweldid not resolve the issues. Ultimately, Vestis offered to stop the towel service entirely, disregarding my initial needs. While I continued with some of their other services out of convenience, I repeatedly requested the removal of unused towel racks and laundry bags from my invoices. This request was consistently ignored, leading me to halt payments until the billing issues were addressed. Despite my attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction and request service cancellation, I received no response. Instead, I was threatened with equipment removal for non-payment, even though I had made it clear that I wanted the unused equipment picked up.After Vestis rebranded from Aarmark, I learned about their policy requiring a certified letter to cancel services, which I had never been informed of during my initial communications. I promptly sent a certified letter to cancel my account but received no acknowledgment.Currently, I still have the equipment stored at my personal residence, and my account has been sent to collections. *** *******, the representative handling my account, stated that ******************** relies on customers not reading the fine print to make it difficult to exit contracts. As a small business owner and single mother who has navigated the challenges of running a gym during the pandemic, I find a five-year contract for basic supplies to be unreasonable, especially when I have made numerous attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction.Attached is the remainder of my response.

********************* from Vestis Charged our account almost triple the cost which goes against the contract I signed. He used white out to change amount on the contract. He sent a copy to me so, I have a copy of him changing the signed document. I have called almost everyday for months to resolve the issue with them. They will not return my calls. I was willing to make it right and come to some sort of agreement. The owe my business a large credit for the charges that they made on our account without prior approval. The contract also states that they can't raise prices unless it's on the anniversary date and only 5% with a notice form the company, None of those things were followed. The fact that they took out money out of our bank account that wasn't in the agreed contract and falsify documents is illegal.

My business has utilized this uniform company since 2007. Due to health issues I had to sell my business. The driver was informed of the sale and need to close the account on 7/16/24. I contacted national customer ********************** the same day as the driver did not seem confident in his ability the cancellation to the right channels. I was given a confirmation and was told I would be contacted by the ************************* within 24 hours. That failed to occur. The following week the driver was still unaware of any account changes. Another call to corporate office and the same answer about a call from the *** The following day a supervisor did contact an employee via phone call at the business, and stated he would be with the driver the following week to close the account and conduct an inventory. The following week the delivery driver arrived solo with no supervisor and stated not allowed to do an inventory. My former employee told the driver to take all the uniforms, mats, towels and covers that were all Vestis owned. They stopped billing at that point. Even not having utilized any uniforms from 7-16 forward they were still billing. I paid my July statement in full out of good faith in a 17 year business relationship. After no communication for two weeks, they started billing again on 8-13-24. Contacted national customer ********************** again and was told they would reopen case ******* and escalate the issue. The absolute inept operation at the ********* location has cost them any opportunity that the new owner would ever consider utilizing the services of Vestis. I want my account closed and all billing after 7-31-24 to be cleared out.

In December 2022 we properly informed Aramark (now Vestis) that we were terminating our linen services with them effective February, 2023. Since then they have continued to send invoices to us and the invoices even reflect a signature of people from our store indicating that items were delivered by them and we took delivery. We have reached out to Aramark numerous times since February, 2023, both via phone calls to their customer care and also emails to the same. We spoke live to their accounts receivable department several times and they indicated they would look into it and stop sending invoices. We continue to get emails with invoices attached. The latest is that on Tuesday, 4/16/24 we emailed someone at Aramark about this matter and added that we believe they are attempting fraud on our account. And on Thursday, 4/26/24 we received another invoice from Vestis. Please help us to get Vestis / Aramark to close our account and stop billing us.

Aramark Uniform Services was servicing my shop with uniforms for 5+ years paying for the service weekly to the driver. In the last months of 2021 their service was sporadic, showing up only 1 or maybe 2 times a month when they were suppose to be here every week. Called several times and was told that I would receive a call back from the district manager. This call back never happen. Then in January of 2022 ( the 26th ) they showed up just once. They just stop coming out after that with no contact explaining why. However, they continued to bill me. I called in February and again was told that I would receive a call from the district manager. And again this call never came. All the while still billing me. I called again in April with the same results as before. Called again in June, July, and August with same response as before each time. At this point I gave up. But then in December I got a bill for $1121.05 so again I called and was told the same as before with no action being taken on their part again. Now I have received a collection notice for this bill. And again I called and have been told that they can't do anything about it since it went to collections. Called the collection company and told them the situation to deaf ears. Explained to them that I will not be paying the bill to which they replied they were going to send it to the credit bureaus. This company is garbage and needs to be looked at for their abhorrent business practices. I would also like to know all actions I can take against this unjust treatment Thanks ****** K' *********

We have had numerous issues with this company, and despite dozens of attempts, are unable to get any kind of resolution, or even get in contact with an account rep or supervisor. I have left dozens of messages, not one of which has been returned. We finally sent a certified letter in April. We then received an email from them, stating that our service request had been resolved, and the resolution was to speak to a DM. I have attempted to do so but keep being told that they can't get one on the ************** leave a message for them to contact me, but they never have.At this point, it feels like we are being ignored, are not given any effective avenues to resolve any issues or even speak to a rep.

Our company signed up for Aramark service on 6/26/20. Since that date, I have personally sent and received more than 135 emails concerning billing discrepancies and/or service errors; ie: deliveries missed; products not received and/or services not preformed. This does not include phone calls made and received. Several times we have been promised resolution as well as credits to our account balance, however as of today our account balance remains incorrect. We as a company have exercised extreme patience with Aramark and diligently worked with our representatives in spelling out all concerns and credits we believe are due on our account, yet have reached the end of our rope, for lack of better term. A customer of ********************** should in no way continually have to reach out in an attempt to correct billing errors. It seems Aramark believes if they just ignore the issue that it will go away. We have found their customer ********************** seriously lacking and therefore issued, per our service contract agreement, a WRITTEN NOTICE TO CANCEL on 2/8/22. Today, 4/7/22, we received a letter from *************************; General Manager, GA. The letter is rather threatening as it states because we wish to cancel our contract that we will be considered in breach of our agreement and continues with all the charges we would be responsible for upon cancellation. Obviously, Aramark is assuming no responsibility whatsoever on their part for horrible customer ********************** as well as account management. Unfortunately, ****** neglected to leave his direct phone number, only the ***** number which leaves customers on a perpetually endless state of 'hold'. I feel it should also be noted that this will be the third customer ********************** agent we have had assigned to our account since January of 2022.It is my opinion that any business considering uniform and product weekly services should look elsewhere and not to Aramark for quality customer **********************.
