  Last spring I went in and asked for both air filters for my mower. ***** politely told me I did not need the inner filter and would not sell me one. This was first time I had ever seen this person and he never asked me the first thing about my mower before telling me what I didnt need. I took my mower in for repairs on or about June 19, 2024. I was very specific about the things that needed attention on my mower. I specifically told ***** it did not need servicing and all it needed was exactly what I told him. I was charged almost $250 and part of that was because there were things done to my mower that I did not request nor did I approve of said repairs. For example, topping off the oil and charging me for doing it. The front tires were filled with slime when I specifically told ***** the right front tire needed to be taken off the rim and cleaned and put back on because it had grass in it and it wouldnt hold air. I could have put slime in it myself and saved a lot of money. I had to take my mower back the next day because the steering was just like it was and now my choke would no longer work and it is necessary to crank the mower. There was nothing wrong with the choke when I left it. I go to get on mower a few days later and I notice the top of the deck is covered with oil so I raise the seat and notice the container that holds hydraulic oil was empty. Keep in mind I took it in for a hydraulic leak and was told a s**** was loose and just needed to be tightened up. So now I take my mower back for the third time and ***** was very rude, acted like it was my fault and told me my mower was the problem and I brought the mower back home with me still tore up. I have had the mower for 11 or 12 years now and have never had a problem with it so I know it is not my mower. This business charges people for services they do not provide.I paid them to fix my mower and now I gotta take it somewhere else and pay somebody else to fix it.
