Highly unprofessional , rude and racist applicants are screened over the phone I inquired about a small dog today single black female nurse of highly accredited hospital in ************ ,** the puppy is ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** the home I have had 3 dogs in my lifetime last one passed away 2 years ago of cancer I'm highly capable of providing for this sweet dog they are not concerned with what is best form the dog asked for donations for him but not a home also the executive and board member hung up on me for saying they are not concerned with what is in the best interest of the dog and wanted to file a compliant they declined and hung up please stop this puppy mill they are only in it for the money not in the best interest of the puppies. I have to give it a star in order to leave the review because if it was up to me I would leave 0 stars, the person running this establishment is the rudest person Ive ever spoken too. You speak and say you care about animals and just because you dont have space and someone is seeking help doesnt mean you can mistreat them. Especially bring my family into a conversation about anything. I was speaking about my 2 dogs that are disabled and I was asking for guidance because Im desperate for help and all this person did was say I was giving them up because they are disabled and I no longer want them. But thats not true. It breaks my heart that I have to give them away to someone especially if its people like you. I want a better life for my dogs not what Ive been providing because Im not qualified for this type of care nor do I have the resources for it and the fact that you tried to make me feel guilty about it. Thats what bothers me most because Im seeking help, Im not trying to abandon them. Maybe you should treat people kindly and youll get more donation to your rescue. Thats why people are leaving you and dont want to volunteer for a person like you. Because you are a bad person !!
