On Aug 4th, 2023 ******** **** ****** ***** assigned United Services. I communicated to United Services (US) that my fridg was leaking and damaging my floors and food and that I need an earlier appointment. a US tech came on Aug 10th and stated something was wrong with the air damper, and they ordered the part. This tech misdiagnoses what is wrong with the fridge. The water and ice filter were leaking. The air damper part came in early, and this company didn't bother to schedule an earlier appointment. I had to force AHS to make them provide me an earlier appointment. I had to wait until Aug 22nd for another repair tech to finally repair my leaking fridge After he left, he said the fridge was repaired, but it was not because the 1st repairman misdiagnosed what was wrong with the fridge While the 2nd repairman was there, he should have noticed the water and ice filter was leaking while repairing the air damper. AHS had to make another repair person come out on Aug 24th, 2023. The 3rd repair person said if they dismantled the water and ice filter, the water would not leak. I came home once again, and the water continue to leak and damage my floors and food. US sent 3 repairmen and my fridge wasn't repaired. AHS terminated them from the fridge repair. This is US Appliance Repair fault because they misdiagnosed my fridge repair. If they had repaired my refrigerator by Aug 10th, 2023 the water wouldn't have leaked so much and damage my wooden floors. They have also cost me hundreds of dollars in food lost. The air damper they put in have our food freezing cold. We also said our fridge wasn't cold enough. The 1st repair technician said it was because we had to much food in the fridge. The air damper is what was needed to cool our fridge. They also inconvenienced my life because I lost sleep and got to work late cleaning the leaking water. I have been washing and drying towels every day from the leaks. This consumed my water and electric bill. This company is incompetent

Our homeowner's warranty sent a repairman from United Services to fix our oven door on or about Nov 15,2022. Part ordered, job completed on Nov 29, I wrote a check for finished repair. It's now Jan 18 2023 & Old Republic Warranty is claiming United Services "has no record" of us paying for the service & wants us to pay again. We are sending copy of cancelled check to Old Republic & will ask that they never send anyone to our house for any appliance repairs again....at this point we aren't even sure the repair was successful.

United Services Appliance Repair was contracted through my home warranty company, American Home Shield to repair our washing machine on June 27,2022. ******* was the technician they sent to fix it because it wasn't draining or spinning. He fixed that issue and then the cycles weren't being fully completed. They would only clean for part of the cycle and were too short. My water temperature was also off. In total he came to my house 5 times for repairs. On his last visit on August 30, 2022 he came to replace the timer and adjust the temperature of the water. After he did so, he had me feel the water temperature on each setting to verify that it was correct. We did not wash any clothes that night, but my husband did so the next day. Around 3 pm on Wednesday, August 31,2022 my husband called me and said that the first floor of our home had been flooded by the washing machine. He video called me to show me how high the water was through the entire downstairs. Due to this flooding, our floors are completely ruined! We have laminate flooring, so it soaked up all of the water and is extremely bumpy and messed up. The washing machine basically ran water and never stopped until my husband saw the water and went to stop it himself. United Services Appliance Repair is claiming that this is not their fault, and was caused by another issue which they have ordered a part for to fix. That is impossible. We have never had one issue until June, and have had nothing but issues since ******* first touched our washing machine. They refuse to take responsibility and said they will not pay for repairs. I have spoken to multiple appliance repair companies who have confirmed that his repairs likely cause this issue. They have been texting me and have even hung up on me once when I called. Nothing about this company seems professional or legit! I only want what is fair and right. They need to cover the replacement of my floors and everything else that was ruined by this water damage.
