We had a fairly disappointing experience with this company rescheduling our appointment 3 times (the first time was valid due to weather). I would try to get in touch with the owner, but got little to no response from him. I ended up cancelling the appointment with them entirely on Monday and doing the work myself as we were having a photoshoot at the property the next day. It wasnt until we left a one star review based on their communication that things went insanely south. I received several threatening text messages from the owner telling me to take our review down or he would make a video on social media essentially asking his followers to leave one star reviews of our business. He claims he cancelled the appointment through text and email on Thursday, but I received nothing. I had called the office multiple times to speak to their secretary after he supposedly canceled the appointment and she gave me no indication that they would no longer be doing the job and even told me she would ask the owner to let me know when he was coming. The owner was continuing to text me through 10pm (I had not responded to him since 1pm) telling me we have until 9am to remove the review or he would post the aforementioned video. He also let me know that he planned on sharing my full name, my phone number, and my email in the video (assumingely so his followers would be able to contact me directly to harass me) as well as forwarding the video to our company executives in an attempt to get me fired. This has all been a miserable experience and I would highly suggest finding somebody who wont try to bully you into taking down honest reviews.

I hired this company to powerwash my house along with several other services like gutters, pool deck and roof and had thoroughly discuss those with the owner as well as sending pictures of what was needed in order to get a quote. This company had been to my house three years ago and provided the same services except they did not complete the gutter cleaning at that time which had been contracted. So when I called this time, I spoke to the owner and said I want to be sure that all of the gutters will be done, and I sent him a picture of the gutters that were omitted and he said no problem. Spent the weekend clearing off all the porches and the pool decking Of furniture and potted plants, etc. The scheduled appointment was 930 this morning. Shortly after **** technician showed up and as we were walking around the house and I pointed out the gutter he said oh no I cannot do the gutter Im afraid to get on the metal roof. He said the owner did not tell him there was a metal roof, nor did the owner tell him that we had agreed on a price to do the pool decking as well. He called the owner of the company and explained that he was not comfortable doing the gutters on the roof and the owner then told him, tell her we are not cleaning the house. The technician left and the job was not done. I was left with a disarray of items that we had moved to prepare for the washing. I tried calling the owner shortly after the tech called him only to receive a voicemail. I then texted and said Please call me. Of course he did not. I proceeded to let him know how I felt about this type of business and the disrespect of not getting a phone call. He told me safety first his tech didnt want to get on the roof. No apologies for leaving me high and dry and when I told him I would leave reviews if I could not speak with him on the phone phone personally, He texted, Thank you for your feedback. Glib. If my review can help one person, avoid this company, then thats good
