            I placed an ****** with the company, the product was returned back to them **** the *** was left off of the order. So i have been emailing, messaging and trying to call to see if they could reship or give a refund, and no one answers my messages

            On 10/30 I purchase 2 bars of alkaline yoni soap this seller was advertising on her IG page. Once I ordered thru site, it stated I would receive an email on when I can pickup order. I assume since they too were here in the city I would pickup instead of shipping. On 11/10 I start to reach out via IG DM & was told to call the shop. I called for 3 days no one answered. I reached out thru the website contact US portal & still No response. In these messages I explained I placed an order, never got an email or any correspondence regarding my order. I also sent a screenshot of the money being deducted from my bank account to her business. Today Thurs 11/17/22 approx ************************************************************** a young female answered the phone. I began to tell her while I'm calling & all of a sudden she can't hear me and hangs up I am not frustrated I call back speak calmly as I just want my soap prder or a refund. She states I can come in today I have until 2:30pm. I advise I will pay to get the order shipped at thus point I don't want to go back & forth for another 20 days for $19 & 2 bars of soap. I really wanted to support this business. I actually had a cart full of items but thought I better start small as I reminded myself how we can do business at times. I immediately cleared that cart. The young lady charged me $10 to have my order shipped out hopefully on Friday 11/18/22. I'm just wishing these business owners will be more attentive to their customers as we are your money we can easily spend our money & support other businesses. We chose your business be thankful show appreciation, just because you're using the name that doesn't entitle you Of anything put some respect on the name & keep it thriving as he did.

            Hello,

             

            The order was placed on October 30, 2022 for Local Pick-up. On October 31, 2022 at 9:48am est, we (Sebi's Daughters) notified the customer that the order was ready for pick up, the customer did not schedule a time to pick up the items. The customer called on November 17, 2022 inquiring about a pick up order. We located the order and gave the customer options on when the order can be picked up. The customer could not find a time with in the times we provided and decided to have the items shipped. We processed the transaction for shipping.

            We would also like to note, that we searched our emails and found no other correspondence from the customer, other than her initial transaction and the transaction for shipping.

             

            We pride ourselves in making sure our customers get the products they order in a timely fashion.
