The workers are very unprofessional at Capital Cadillac. I went to have a key fob programmed. As I pulled up, I noticed three or four technicians sitting in front of the office. I got out of the car and someone said, "Morning beautiful queen." I said, "Morning, I'm not a queen, just an American citizen." Then he said, "Good morning African queen." *** I said, "No, I am an African American citizen." I spoke with **** ****** who told me he could program two key fobs (one that I accidentally put in the washing machine, which was no longer working --- and I told him that), and a second one that I bought that had been programmed but did not open the liftgate. He said he could program them both for $185.00 and that it would be about 45 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later he came up and said, one was unprogrammable and that he suggested that I go to ****** because theirs was very expensive, including the cost to program it. I asked how much (because the day before, I called four dealerships and found Capital to have the cheapest one at $225.00). He came back and handed me a piece of paper that said it would be $325.00 to purchase it and $185.00 to have it programmed. He told me it would be $185.00 for a diagnostic fee and I told him he hadn't told me when he took the fobs from me. The work order I signed did not have $185.00 (which I have a copy of) on it. I asked to see the manager. **** ****** said he would call him. The manager finally showed up an hour later (and asked if I was Ms. ****** I said no and told him my name) he split the fee. He didn't even know my name, and didn't care. He told me that the fob was after market (couldn't they see that when I first walked in?). I told him about the technicians and he didn't believe me. I asked if he had a video camera and he said yes. I told him he needed to watch the footage. They told him that I was angry when I first arrived. Which I was not. **** accused me of trying not to pay the bill. He was very cynical.

I am sorry that your key fobs could not be programmed and work the way they should. I have spoken to the tech that greeted you yesterday when you arrived and called you "Queen". I am sorry that I used the wrong last name when I was looking for you.

I am sorry about the experience that you had yesterday. I will put the total that you paid towards the purchase of a new key fob if you would like to have that done. Thanks *********************

The worst service experience ever with *******. I will not be back and wouldnt recommend. He was very condescending and patronizing. I will have to take my vehicle somewhere where the mechanic are skilled and trained, and can make a diagnosis beyond the car automated report What a waste of my time and money God bless his nasty attitude.

This dealership will not accept responsibility.Charged me price for a 2 year GM extended warranty but only issued it for 1 year. All efforts to resolve the issue went unanswered. The Finance manager did not try to or even act like he wanted to discuss the issue, My calls and messages left for to the General Manager also went unanswered.

Thank you for speaking with me on the phone today ****************. As we talked about, Capital did sell you a 12 month /12K mile *************** Contract on 3/14/2022 through Cadillac Protection Plan. The price sold was the listed Cadillac Protection Plan Retail Price. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every customer interaction.  I understand you've since purchased a 24/24 from another dealership for price that was similar to the one you paid us for the 12/12.  You would have to compare to two policies and determine what kind of coverage you received with each policy.  You would also have to consider who the warranties are with.  Our policy was backed by GM.  I don't know what company the 24/24 you purchased is with. We do hope you've been sold a great 24/24 policy that will meet all your needs.

Do not take your car there if you expect them to do a thorough job the first time. Im a senior, I feel like I was taking advantage of. I needed an advocate, Put my car in for repair mainly because the power steering had stopped working. So they never found the leak that caused Fluid to go everywhere and ruin my belt for the charging system. They fixed Part of the problem the first go around. As soon as I got home, from the dealership, the whining of the power steering started again. Less than 20 miles.I returned the car when it happened again, three months later with the same problem. Found the hose that was leaking! DUHHH, now they want to charge me for that repair it, when that was the MAIN reason I brought it in the FIRST time! Now they want almost $600 to fix it again besides other repairs. Now almost $2200, I know my car is old. It only has ****** miles on it now. Dont take an older car there for sure. Thats what theyre gonna tell you.
