    Background:I have purchased 2 Hr Training + Driving Test Assistance from AllN1.They purpose fully played cancellation-rescheduling game to avoid Refund Or ************** Trail:1.All schedule on 22-Aug-24 but no one from their side shown Up. Driver calls me and inform he is sick and need to reschedule all.2. I did and later on I reached out for reschedule. I discussed multiple option from my side. But They were continuously pushing me for the schedule only after mid Oct-24 which was too late for me.3. They were claiming - Their drive/service provide is available but there is no appointment available at DDS.4. So, I tried on my own and I was able to schedule it on Sep, 7 [ not sure why they where saying its not available at DDS]5. I shared screenshot of my Confirmed appointment with DDS for Road Test at 11:00 AM on 7th September, surprisingly They deny serving.6. Because They are not able to sever it, I have asked for the refund. They recommend me to not cancel ************* but later They agreed to refund and sent me form for processing the refund [I have email from their side on this] 7. I filled the form and waiting for refund. For few weeks they didn't revert my multiple follow *** on refund. Neither they are saying No nor Yes. Just waiting for me to fall in their trap.8. Now, because They deny to serve and agree for refund, I had to made my alternative arrangement.9. On the previous day appointment when I cant change anything, They are sending me the email saying they are not giving me refund but can schedule Road test after 1.5/2 months (U-Turn). But everything is planned and arranged from ******, I dont have option to go back.10. I attended the road test and I passed.11. Now they are not processing refund and even though I informed them I passed the test, they are suggeting me to reschdued the test. I have followed up ***** times but they are not replying.

Business created situation where I had to take alternate arrangements. There is no service they can provide now as I am licensed Driver now.     I purchased a $200 package deal which included a 1 hour ************* test on 7/08. I received text on 7/08 after I purchased the deal, responded & didn't hear back until 7/09. I responded on 7/09 and didn't hear back until 7/16 when I kept asking for a 7/17 availability. I received a text message on 7/18 stating the next available appointment wasn't until 7/30, I texted back on 7/18 with a concern and never heard back. After 10 days of no communication, I texted once a day from 7/28 to 8/5 asking for a refund and no one ever got back to me once again. I sent an email on 8/15 asking for help or a refund and I was finally able to get scheduled for 8/28; or so I thought. On 8/28 I called because my appt was for 9AM, it was 9:15AM & I had not heard anything from the driver. I had to be rescheduled to 9/04 due to car maintenance. On 9/04 I called one again as my appt was for 9AM, it was 9:12AM & I had not heard anything from the driver AGAIN. I had to be rescheduled AGAIN because the driver was no where to be found. I was transferred to a manager (who happened to be the same person I spoke with on 8/28) and expressed my frustration as it has been over 2 months that I have tired to schedule the ****** + road test deal and have had no success. It is either lack of communication, car maintenance, or not being able to locate a driver. I asked for a refund and was told to fill out a form; I filled out the form and was told that I was ineligible for a refund and that all I can do is reschedule. Due to the fact that it has been over 2 months since I purchased the deal and there has been nothing but hassles since then; I do not trust that I will ever be scheduled for an actual driver and be able to receive the service that I paid for. I would like to receive the refund of $200 due to services not rendered.

    They were unable to fulfill their obligations to provide the service purchased. I purchased the driving classes for my daughter with the perception she would be able to book driving classes. They made several excuses on why they were unable to provide service. I decided to request a refund and they refused. I called several numbers and contacted them via social media and essentially they told me I gave them free advertisement for writing the situation in their reviews and refused to restated that I will not get a refund.

    I purchased two sets of driving ******** One set of 3 2-hr lessons on Nov. 27 2023, and one set of 4 2-hr lessons on July 15 2023. Of the first three lessons I've tried to take, the first two were a no-show with no prior notice. As I waited longer and longer for the instructor to arrive, I called the office. No one answered the phone, the office voicemail box was full, and I had no way to get in touch with the driver. I sent an email, and no one got back to me, explained what happened, or tried to reschedule. I had to call multiple times throughout the next week just to reschedule. It takes an extremely long time to book even a single lesson ** often a month in advance, so if they fail to show up, it completely interrupts your learning. The exact same thing happened when I tried to take my second ******* Driver didn't show, office didn't answer, no one answered my email. I'm still waiting to take the third ******* because they cancelled yet again. This time, they sent a email a few days ahead about the cancellation without ever checking to see if I received it or reaching out to me to reschedule. When I called today to reschedule, they suddenly "couldn't find proof" of my payment or bookings. Fortunately, I had saved my email receipts and was able to prove I purchased the lessons. Their student portal is also "down for maintenance" which means it's impossible for me to see my payments and bookings. I still have five lessons left (one from the previous set and all four lessons from the second set) and I absolutely do not trust them to show up or reschedule. I would like to get my money back for the remaining lessons, since this business is clearly a scam.

Customer has (4) sessions scheduled: 8/25/2024, 8/28/2024, 8/29/2024 and 9/1/2024. I am showing (2) appointments have been canceled due to inclement weather: 6/30/2024 and 7/27/2024, which have already been rescheduled. No refund will be issued at this time.

    I had raised a complaint about an instructor cancelling our driving ****** last minute. I sent the instructor a message that it was unprofessional and the instructor wrote back being very disrespectful to me. I didnt respond and called the office the manager ***** backed his instructors behavior and said he wasnt unprofessional. I told ***** that the instructors behavior caused me emotional distress and gave my anxiety and he laughed at me. I was anted to just schedule with another instructor but given the way I was treated by ******* felt very unsafe and asked for my money back. He said no so Im filing this complain against this location

    On Friday June 7 I purchased a 2 hour driving ****** for my 16 year old. You have to purchase the ****** before you can schedule it. Waited for the registration email only received a text message about signing up to receive texts from Allin1. Never received an scheduling email. Called this morning they sent it to the teen account. Okay fine. Went in to schedule the appointment and it says No Available Open Slots in a big red block. Took a screenshot of it. So I was not able to book the 2 hour driving ****** purchased at that point I called for a refund because I no longer wanted to do business with Allin1. However after being told that I did not ask for it a few hours earlier that even though I could not schedule the 2 hour ****** purchased I also could not receive a refund. So this place is a scam. They force you to pay upfront for services not rendered and then created a policy to keep customers money with no recourse. How do you set a business, not provide the services advertised, make people jump through hoops, and then refuse to refund them the services no rendered as per policy? It is scam and needs to be stopped. That policy is trash.

    I had an appointment cancelled twice for driving lessons, both times on the day of the appointment. When asking for a refund, I was told I could only reschedule, not get a refund. I rescheduled the first time, but after being cancelled on last minute for a second time, I asked for a refund. I still have not recieved that refund or any sort of apology from this company. It appears this has happened to a lot of others. This company is a scam and I should've done my research first.

Your inquiry form states, "My ****** has been cancelled 2x consecutively for reasons other than illness, maintenance or weather." with a comment stating "These cancellations have been extremely inconvenient two times now. If my client does not receive a refund, I will be reporting this company to the BBB." In your complaint to the BBB, you noted your ******s have been rescheduled due to "vehicle repair". Please see your customer inquiry form attached and let us know which statements are accurate there seems to be an inconsistency in what you are reporting. It is also helpful to review the refund policy agreed to at the time of purchase. If we are in breach of contract in anyway, please let us know and accurately report that information.     Had all three appts scheduled. First appointment got a call that day to reschedule did so with no problem driver had health issue or some c*** 2 nd appt which was the next day got a call 15 min before scheduled drive to reschedule due to weather which was a joke cuz it didn't even rain til later that evening hours after the appt was to end. Third appointment driver calls says he is running behind schedule ok fine no biggie. Texts 1 hr 15 min after scheduled appt saying he was at our house. **** not at my house supposedly he went to his next appts address thinking he was at our address. Calls me and we schedule again for another day. Sunday comes up and what a surprise he no shows and no calls and it won't show that probably in your records because he never put it in as he scheduled it with me over the phone. So I call Sunday and talk to customer service cancel all appts because this is not how you run a legitimate business. Get a call after days later from a supervisor after I request a refund and he tells me the guy said he called me Sunday um no wasted my whole day waiting for him to show up no call no nothing. Then they throw this contract you sign just to make sure you can't get your money back no matter what they do to s**** you out of your time wasted waiting for services never rendered. Get business they make sure they get your money with that contract. No efforts are even made by this company until you try to get a refund what a surprise and even then they just tell you about that contract and how they can't give you a refund because they suckered you with that contract.

    The before mentioned comment by consumer is an accusation lacking legal merit. Consumer should review the legally binding agreement and make a complaint if we are in breach of contract. This is not a forum for frivolous complaints due to a lack of understanding.

For driving lessons, instructor never showed up twice, supervisor, *** *************** stated as they was at fault he will speak with owner ******* ******* about me receiving a ************* have been giving me the runaround, n still no refund. And i need my refund, they state to me months later, iam not entitled for a refund if the vehicle has mechanical issues or natural disaster and neither one of these were the issue why the driver never showed up and was never given the actual reason, everyone has to speak with someone else, single owner but yet she cant help either, when my funds was ***** to her own account under her phone number $390

    I have contacted the company to just go ahead a schedule the 6 hours driving course , I paid for and they want to charge me $100 for disputing a service I never received n they at fault, so this show how much they are not will n able to provide the service for what I paid for, but want to penalize me for fight for my rights for a refund.

    Paid for services but the company did not deliver and refuses to process a refund / has stopped responding. 11/23/2022: called the ************ number at 1:45 PM CST to inquire if it was possible to book a ****** before my driving test on December 9th. The gentleman I spoke to advised that he could give me an appointment on December 4th but that I needed to register online first. At 1:51 PM, I called back to confirm that i had signed up and paid. I did the registration and he informed me it would take some time for me to appear in his system. He promised to call back to schedule the appointment. After the Thanksgiving holiday, I still had not heard back from anyone. I again called the ************ at 1:02 PM on 11/29/2022. I could not get through, but someone returned my call at 1:06 PM from a number in Georgia: ************. I did not record the name, but I spoke to someone at that number several times that day. First, he informed me that he could not schedule me until a date that was after my road test. I pushed back and mentioned that I would not have signed up if the appointment on December 4th was not promised. It makes no sense to have a ****** after the road test. There were quite a number of calls and back and forth about it. The final calls were at 2:34 PM (11 minutes long) at 2:46 PM (3 minutes long) that day when the appointment for December 4th at 2 PM was confirmed. He recorded my address for pick up and after that I did not hear anything further. No one showed up as confirmed on December 4th. On December 5th, I submitted the paperwork to request a refund. The company has stopped responding and refuses to address it.

    Yes, the Customer has filed an official dispute with her financial institution prior to ** concluding our research and offering the Customer a courtesy refund. When a Customer files a dispute we must wait on the financial institution to make the determination. This process nomrally takes ***** days and is out of our control. Most banks will issue a provisional credit to the Customer at the time a dispute is filed.
