Absolute scam artists. They swapped the window sticker after i bought it and sold the truck for more than what it was worth. ******* Axemacher is a con artist. I got hosed but learned a valuable *******Review from Brenda B

**************** took my Taurus on 12/05/2022 for second opinion diagnostic because the check engine light came on, got a call on 12/07 from service advisor Shiquan .stating I need to replace catalytic converter since my car has over ******* miles for ****+ and they also wanted to replace pollen filter, a/c evaporator service, valvoline fuel service and a basic tuneup which I declined he spoke with me about getting a line of credit to pay for service since its around Christmas and I can make monthly notes! I again decline and told him I would be picking up my car and he said it would be ready 12/09. I pick up car and airbag light is on and defroster will not shut off blasting hot air through top vents, call them and they want to diagnose these problems and I take it back on 12/16 and they want another diagnostic fee of 205. my car sets on the lot until 12/21 for problems I believe they caused! This dealer tried to add their leader doc fee twice. Said I had agreed to a final price and they would not reduce their mistake. Was not a mistake, they did it on purpose. I left the building and thanked god I did not go thru with the purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. There are too many other reputable dealership who will treat you right.
