Im still waiting over 3 weeks now for someone from Royal Flush Plumbing to come and clean up the mess they made in front of my condo at ************* in ******.. I am sick of my house looking like a construction site every time they work here.. they dig up the main valve area and just leave it without regard to the fact that people live here and have to look at this mess, not to mention the fact that it is a trip/fall hazard .. I have sent pictures to your office twice in the past few weeks.. still nothing has been done.Review from William S

Plumbing issues on a weekend? No one wants to deal with that! I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Both the technician (*** *.) and **** (Trainee) were very personable and knowledgeable. They provided me and my family with EXCEPTIONAL customer service and did whatever needed to be done to make sure that the customer was happy. **************, the onsite tech, was timely and professional. Not a single upsell, and gave me both good and bad news when I inquired. Incredible service. Scheduling was a challenge, BUT they did make it out within 24 hours of my call so I cant complain. Their regular discounts and loyalty discounts are impressive. Id recommend anyone utilize their services.
