On August 9, 2024, I had a reservation at **************************************** in **********, **. This was the date I was there to take my grandson to ***************************. Upon checking into Quality Inn and receiving the keys to room 147, I proceeded to the room. Immediately upon opening the door, the room stench was very potent. There was mold on the walls and water on the floor as well as a foul and musty odor in the air. The room was located in the back and right outside the trash dumpsters. I immediately proceeded to go back to the front desk to speak to the Night Manager who went by the name of "****". He informed me that several units had flooded due to the recent storm. I requested a full refund but he said he was unable to give it to me or return it back to my credit card since the reservation was made through a third-party vendor and that I would need to request the refund from the third-party vendor ID90 Travel. I told him that I would be in contact with him and proceeded to take my family to a more decent hotel elsewhere in the city. At this point, I have been in contact with the Owner M/M ***** at the Quality Inn on numerous occasions. To this date, they are refusing to refund my money. I made contact with the third-party vendor "ID90 Travel" and they said that Quality Inn did in fact receive our payment for the room reservations and they would have to refund it back to me or release it back to "ID90 Travel". Therefore, I requesting assistance in obtaining a full refund of $132.38 that was paid to Quality *********************** ********** through "ID 90 Travel". The funds was paid to "ID90 Travel" on July 27, 2024. Their contact information is: ************** ******* e-mail: ******************************* If further information is needed, please feel free to contact me.

We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the refund process. Since your room was booked through a third-party reservation service (ID90 Travel), we process the refund. However, Guest must contact ID90 Travel directly to facilitate the return of the funds to account.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance or have additional questions.

    Best regards,
