            We have a contract in place with AJK & Associates to do the following items Building a simple linen closet with two dry walls - incomplete work as the painting and drywall mud is incomplete.Office Room custom cabinets and shelves -incomplete no books shelves installed or countertops fixed attached pictures show the incomplete work. lied about outsourcing this to another company but never saw anything in it.Deck - Never took permission to build the deck but lied to us saying the inspection permission is on hold. started with posts without inspector permission and it's incomplete. we came to know about this lie from the code inspector after he came to investigate. stalled the work for 2 months in the name of inspection when no permission was requested from the city We decided to report to the bank to recall one of the transactions of wire transfer but we were threatened by the builder saying he would pose criminal charges if we reversed the wire transfer later we did not stop the recall, as soon as we did that again he stopped responding and also we came to know about so many lies related to the deck and the cabinets.it's been almost 2 months now and they have not come back to resume the work. they stopped responding for a month later when we tried to recall the wire transfer they responded saying they are working on coming back this was 3 weeks back now they have stopped responding again.We would like them to comeback and finish the work and comply to the contract. we have paid in advance of almost 20K which is almost 80% of the full amount. not even 25 % of the work is complete.Please help us so that they come back and complete the work
