received your letter about complaint # ******** to my company, thank you for letting me know.
I had fixed a problem with ice dispenser (ice auger/crash motor) of the fridge, but in several days customer said his ice maker doesnt produce ice, I answered that I didnt fix and didnt touch the ice maker of the fridge, because I fixed a different problem. We had agreed Ill come and check this another issue, but the customer stopped his payment that he had paid me for fixing dispenser. I called him and asked about it, why he didnt pay for me for my provided job, he said he will pay to me if I fix his ice maker, but sorry, its the absolutely different problem and I dont want to work for free, he must pay for the fulfilled job
He said he well  use an another company for fixing his refrigerator, but he wont pay to me anything
    Thank you for your comprehension.

On Monday, October 31, a representative of this company (I believe it was the owner, ******) came to my house to provide assessment (and fix) my leaking washing machine. He said there was nothing wrong with it, that my drain was plugged (5 minute assessment). I paid him 65$ for his assessment (which he also communicated to my home warranty company) and made an appointment with a plumber. While waiting for the plumber, I ran a small wash and noticed that the wall and floor was dry around the drain plug. Water was clearly emerging from the bottom of the washing machine. I took pictures and contacted him; he refused to revise his assessment until I called a plumber (which may or may not be necessary), then told me he wasn't going to sit around and wait for the washer to leak, and finally told me he'd come back out if I paid him more money. I'm out 65$ and still have no idea what is wrong with the washer. He didn't fulfill his obligation. I have screenshots of the entire conversation which was quite rude and unprofessional on his end. In the picture below, it is very clear that the water is coming from the washer (on left) and not the wall/drain (on right). I have more pictures showing that the entire wall area (and base of wall, where he said the water was coming from) is completely dry. This is not a way to run a business!

We recently closed on a new home. Prior to closing, the previous owners provided us with a paid invoice receipt and stated that they were waiting on parts to come back and for the dishwasher to be repaired prior to them moving out and us moving in. When reaching out to the owner, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and that we would have to pay for them to come out even though the previous owners had already paid prior to moving out. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, sheer rudeness, and disregard for the needs of the customer. When calling repeatedly to try to speak to him other than via text message, the owner did not answer. This is the same complainant that the previous owners experienced- hence why the dishwasher was never fully repaired.

I received your letter about complaint to my company, thank you for letting me know.

The lady who left this complaint is not my customer, she called me and asked me when we finish fixing her dishwasher, I answered we replaced one part but it has to be replaced one more and we are still waiting for delivery, also I explained it will cost little bit additional money, because it wasnt prepaid for the second part. She said she will not pay anything, because shes a new owner of the home, thats why I asked her to ask previous owner to call me back for making sure he or someone else will pay money to us for the second part. Finally, the previous owner had approved and made a second payment, our technician received new part and installed it on June 14, 2022.

I hope the incident is completed.

    Thank you for your comprehension.
