    Please see below the details of my complaint. Could you please review the information and provide me with a response?I needed to raise a complaint against Suwannee dental care, located at the above-mentioned address. I took my daughter to her first visit around approximately March 2021, my daughter wanted to do braces, and the orthodontic recommended fixing two cavities. I looked online found Suwanee Dental care, schedule an appointment, and took my 16 years old daughter for her first appointment. The 1st visit was with the doctor ************************** DMD, after the **rays she indicated there were four cavities and she will do them all at once, I asked if it was safe, she said yes. She proceeded in doing all 4 cavities, (supposedly two cavities on the top and two cavities on the bottom). Arriving home my daughter complained about her entire jaw being numb, she stayed numb for at least 7 to 8 hours, she couldn't eat not drink. immediately a few days later, she started complaining about sensitivity, she could not chew on either side without being sensitive, I called the clinic scheduled an appointment with doctor ********************** DMD, he saw her, assumed that not enough sealant was put before the filling was installed. so, he only ********* tooth. He recommended giving it time, some patients just take longer. So, we did. the sensitivity never went away, I missed a few appointments, because my daughter goes to high school, suffers from Crohn's disease, and has unexpected bad days. I called a few times to reschedule they declined to schedule me. After my daughter started getting worse, I called and insisted that she be seen, after all the pain and sensitivity problems started after the 4 fillings. My daughter went to this clinic with zero pain. I saw Doctor **************************** she denied any involvement or fault on behalf of their clinic, she indicated that in this clinic there is nothing else we can do, she saw thru the ***ray a nerve inflammation but referred me to an endod

    Patient presented to our clinic with pain on existing restorations completed elsewhere. This was Mom and patient's chief complaint for this visit. Upon clinical evaluation, noted caries, treated patient to the standard of care. In regards to patient's complaint about not being able to schedule patient. Patient was scheduled to best accommodate her school schedule each time and called prior to appointment to confirm. Patient was treated to the upmost dental standards.

    I am rejecting this response because: I need full refund from this dentist. They damaged my daughter teeth and I she ended up with root canals and I lost $200, from the orthodontist office, because of their lack of professionalism, disrespect, negligence d and pure discrimination.

    Patient came in with dental pain, diagnosis was made and treatment was rendered to the standard of care based on clinical and radiographic evaluation as well as patient symptoms. Patient consented to treatment and signed treatment plan form.
