On 11/01/2024, my debit card number was fraudulently used on the website VLAND US to order automotive parts to be delivered to an address in ******** where I do not reside. I filed a dispute with my bank, *****, which I was denied resolution because there was enough evidence to support this claim after 28 days. I have tried numerous times to contact my bank ******* and the vendor (VLAND US) for a resolution of this issue with so far no end in sight.

Hello, I'm sorry to cause you trouble. First of all, we as a merchant have no fault in this matter. We received the order and fulfilled it. We did nothing wrong, and the evidence we provided was also supported by the bank. If you think your credit card has been stolen, you should find the bank or the person who stole your card. In addition, we also recommend that everyone should protect their personal information to avoid being stolen.

Have been trying to resolve since March of 2024. Have corresponded with company through lengthy email with no resolution. The issue I believe is: these lights were never designed to work with my vehicle, I have a 23 Bronco with Halogen tail lights. After I purchased and I began researching I started to see lights from other companies offered 2 different options. One was for halogen factory lights, the other was for LED factory lights. I believe these lights will not work with my vehicle, at one point in the email the gentleman asked if I installed a wire harness, that harness was not in my light kit. Either way I want a full refund, these lights do not work as advertised. I was patient and attempted to have the company resolve the issue and they have not.

This company manufactures and sells aftermarket taillights/headlights for vehicles. Around 11/30, I ordered their taillights for my 2015 Mazda3. One of the studs (bolt) was defective, leaving an imperfect seal from rain, etc. I emailed asking for a replacement taillight, and they refused, only offering me a replacement stud. I did not want that because I can't ensure I put the stud on correctly that would seal. I used my purchase protection thru AMEX for this first one, and ordered a second one on 12/15. The new one came, and the same taillight that was broken before now does not seal at all, letting in a large amount of water when it rains. I emailed asking for a refund for the defective product (a direct quote from their website regarding returns of defective products: "If the item you have received is defective or damaged, contact our customer service at the first time and provide us with the photos or a video of the defective or damaged item in 7 days. In this case, after our checking, we can give a full refund"). According to this policy, I should be able to get a full refund. I contacted them within 7 days, and they're refusing to give me a full refund. The photos I provided are of the 2nd taillight, where you can see major indents and where the seal is broken. I do have a video of water coming thru the bottom right bolt hole, but I am unable to upload it. I've also attached copies of emails between us for both the first and second set of lights (first set is emails from 12/6-12/10 and second set is 12/21-12/26). They did offer to refund for the 2nd set IF I paid return shipping, but that doesn't line up with the policy for defective products, they should be paying for shipping. The return address they gave me is suspicious as well, it's addressed to "Yamin ***** and to an address in Georgia (looking it up brings nothing regarding VLAND) while mine were shipped from *******, **. I haven't shipped it back and don't plan to until I hear back from the BBB
