    I have a special needs child that is suppose to receive incontinence supplies through this company. For months our supplies are late. I always have to call to even get the supplies shipped out. They do not keep track of the shipping dates then tells me they already shipped for the month I am calling about when in fact it will be the previous month they shipped to us not the month at hand. My son runs out of supplies monthly yet they charge his insurance company for the supplies we receive late each month. I have not even received this months supplies and tomorrow starts a new month again. I have tried several times to speak with people at this company with horrible results. I just want my son's supplies sent monthly on time without me having to call each month after they fail to send his supplies.

    I contacted mom on 3/1 to discuss her concerns of monthly order supply arriving late.  Apparently her orders have been arriving late for the last 3-5 months.  After reviewing her account she was correct as they arrived anywhere from 3-5 days late. It is during this same time frame that we hired a new customer service specialist to process orders.  I explained to mom that I take responsibility for the tardiness of the orders and that we are implementing retraining, effective immediately, with our staff to correct the timeliness of her orders. She explained she just wanted her orders to arrive at the end of each month (ship by 28th)  which we agreed to.  We have inserted notes into her account to highlight her request.  Mom received her order on 3/2.
