I have requested a itemized account for the money that I paid them for work done on my house 6 times and they have refused to give me this information, also the roof was to have a 40 year warrenty that they have never sent me, all of this work was completed on 6/**/24 when I called again on 8/5/24 I was berated by one of the employees in the office who said ******* and hung up.C&C Home Improvements Response

We sent *** **** his itemized list on three separate occasions. The postal service returned the mail to us on every occasion. We finally got it to deliver through the mail. Now *** **** has his paperwork.Review from Lampl C

Bad job bad business !!!! Want answer their phones and put new plywood over the old rotten wood !!some of it just stuck it up over the rotten wood and did not take rotted wood out !!!C&C Home Improvements Response

These people are horrible they target elderly people they put a roof on my grandmothers house while she was gone and she didn’t sign any paperwork they didn’t tell her that the roof was $13,000 until 2 months after installation which is ridiculous. They originally told her $16,000 but dropped down to 13,000. The tin was installed wrong and they have had to come out several times to correct it. They also mislead my elderly cousin down the rhode and tried to charge her $15,000 for putting a roof on her single wide trailer but after she told them to just take the roof off because they didn’t tell her that from the beginning they dropped it down to $13,000 which is still ridiculous. This company needs to be investigated on targeting and over charging the elderly there are several elderly people with complaints on them!!!C&C Home Improvements Response

We installed everything correctly. We fixed everything that the customers wanted fixed. We were never paid on the job itself and the customers still do not want to pay us. The job is completely done. We as a company don't understand what they could be complaining about at this point because we still haven't received a single dime.Review from Ryan B
