            Same as the other complaints. Placed an order in ****** 2021 and order was never filled. Tried to contact multiple times and always lied to about my order. Business would blame COVID and everything else but never fill the order. Spent over $1200 and now even Discover card won't refund the money fraud. These people scammed lots of customers out of money and I have even hd other customers message me to see if I received anything.

            Transaction was on November XX XXXX, for a 3 in lift kit for my **** ******* ******* Purchase price was 1077.22. Attempted to contact the company via phone and email with no luck. All social media accounts are deleted and there website is unfortunately still up and active. I'd really like a refund on the product they promised to deliver on.

            On ******* my husband ****** placed an order with Puddin Creek Customs LLC (Outkast Fabworx) for custom items for our ******* ******* Items included 3" kit, nerf bars with plates, tie rod kit and ****** ball joint. Order totaled $2239.27. The full dollar amount was run through Square and deducted from our bank account on 1/4/22. The transaction was made over the phone and was Order Number ******** Sales person is listed as Amber ******. Parts were advertised as taking 21 business days with some potential delays due to CoVid. My husband emailed and called in mid-February. Voicemail was full and no response to the email. I started calling the last week in February, always receiving the same message that the voicemail is full. I have also emailed on ****** with no response. Their Facebook has been deactivated, but their website is still up. I called the ******* *************************** They were not members but the lady offered to see what she could find out. She saw reviews stating that they have closed and a number of people are still waiting on orders from them. We need the $2239.27 returned immediately! Their website needs to be taken down so no one else can place any orders!
