    Wont fix broken items, they came in while we were gone, supposedly to spray for bugs, thermostat was turned up, doors left open, exterior doors left unlocked, pillows on floor, etc. glad we didnt leave any valuables in the house. Called Monday to have items repaired no one showed up until Friday at 5:15 pm. We do not recommend this company.

    We received an email from the person who reserved the property on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 3:39 PM with a list of items the person complained about. We responded to the email the same day on Aug 14, 2023, at 5:21 PM, asking if we could come and resolve her complaints. We did not receive a response until Tuesday, August 15, 2023 10:23 AM. In her response, she thanked us for our quick response time and said:"Thank you for responding quickly. The shower head leaks when the water is turned on and lacks water pressure. The toilet handle is loose as well as the toilet seat in the bathroom next to the twin bed bedroom. Please just repair the small table in the main bedroom downstairs. We will be leaving the house around 10:30 and will be gone for most of the day. Maintenance can come anytime, whether we are out and about or at the house."Our team went to the home and repaired the small table that had a loose table leg as the guest requested. Every day after the table repair was completed the guest called or texted to complain about something but did not want us to fix anything. We asked repeatedly if we could resolve her complaints and were denied. On Friday, the 18th, the guest found one Palmetto bug in the house and wanted us to send an exterminator. We told the guest that the exterminator would come to the house and they did not have to be in the house, and the guest was fine with this. The exterminator that we have worked with for over 20 years did not leave the doors open, change the temperature on the thermostat, or put pillows on the floor. The guest had multiple people staying in the home who were in and out of the home while the exterminator was treating the property. It is possible that the thermostat was changed by another member of their party or the doors were left open by another member of their travel companions. On the last day of the guest's stay, they demanded a full refund after staying for an entire week. The guest denied letting us resolve the minor issues they complained about and was not open to any compromise besides a full refund which we denied. I can provide screenshots of the text and email communications if needed. Thank you, and I appreciate your time for reading our response.
