    This store has an app that you download for weekly specials you have to buy ten dollars worth of stuff and because I am disabled I have others to go to the store so we brought more than ten dollars worth but when they rihg up the prices for the items on the app they didn't take the discount and charged full price and immediately went back in the store but the cashier said that they had to come back the next day so she did but the manager/owner refused to refund my money and said he would give me points towards a reward of five dollars for spending four hundred dollars I told him I just want my money back . He stated that it's the customer responsibility to look at the monitor when the cashier is ringing up your grocery. Then I said it's not right. I just want my money back. He once you give the cashier your money or card you can't get a refund because you used the app. But he said he would give me points. Here's my problem the owner stated that this happens very often and he knew that the app was not working he didn't tried to correct the or take the app down. Over 85% of his costumers are the elderly, poor and low income some don't even know that he is stealing from them with an app that doesn't work according to the owner that is not right I want my money I get a check once a month I am on a budget I depends on the app for discount I believe an audit of the company should be performed he stealing from his costumers that is not right.please help
