    I paid for a box of faith based products and what i received was costume jewelry i would not let my granddaughter wear. the won't refund my money

    This customer originally purchased a 12 month committed bag plan from us. We are a monthly subscription company. Our monthly fee for a 12 month plan is $10 plus $4.99 shipping. This bag include a headband, an ink pen, a three tied necklace, a 5x7 print and two shareable scripture cards. She then added on items from our shop. She saw each item and chose to put it in her card and pay for it. Upon receiving her bag, she contacted us and complained that she did not like what she ordered and that one piece of jewelry was broken. I offered to cancel her subscription and refund the broken necklace and some of the shipping fee. I did cancel the subscription and refund her the defective necklace.  (see screenshot attached). Please not that I did not ask for a picture of the broken necklace or for her to send it back. I simply refunded the money. However, this was not good enough for her and she continued to complain and said we were scamming people???? She posted several nasty ******** comments on our page. I have included and email that I sent to her offering her a refund of all products once she sent the items back to us. (see screenshot attached).  I offered this refund but she still filed this complaint with BBB saying I wouldn't refund her the money. This is not true. I am not sure if she expects a refund without sending us back all products. This is not our business model. If she wants the refund because she doesn't like the products that she ordered, she needs to send the items back to us and if all requirements are met according the the email I sent her, we will refund her the charge. We as a business acting in good faith by sending her the items she purchased and then offering her refund because she complained that she didn't like all products (including an ink pen and key chain (not even jewelry).
