Chris has been so helpful Came out same day to fix AC on record heights with my 18 month in house controlling house temp is important. Still has issues because ****** Thermostats was causing issues. We actually broke the actuator and Chris came out Saturday morning (next day from original visit). Replaced it not charge. Came out today to install new thermostats that Chris came out install. Setup app. They also realized with current issues thermostat may not be only problem and that by description blower was working intermittently and that’s also why outside unit was freezing (Freon level was good). Made room in schedule came out and replaced blower. Serviced my unit. Signed up for servicing program 4 times a year (3 times during hot season) reasonable prized and that got me 10% off blower replacement. Will recommend this company to all my friends. Chris could have upsaled me at any time since HVAC isn’t the best setup for house but builder did cheatest pay. But suggested lower heat in attic to help out air handler. So adding a solar attic fan.Review from Vee S

Preferred Heating and Cooling was dispatch through ******** **** ****** to service my AC units. The technician was there for all of 15 minutes and told me that the issue with my compressors was due to normal wear and tear. He even told me that the life expectancy for an AC compressor was only 15 years. However, what he submitted to *** was completely different. The diagnosis submitted was that there was a power surge that caused the compressors to stop working, which is not covered in the warranty. I spoke with someone at Preferred concerning pricing and was told pricing for just the compressors as well as replacing the entire units. I informed Preferred that I had requested a second opinion and that I will follow up with them afterwards. After the 2nd opinion, the service request was recalled back to Preferred. Preferred has now told *** that they are not permitted on my property, which I never told them anything like that! They were eager to complete the work when I was going to pay 100% out of pocket! I will pay 100% of the repairs for my units but I will never use this company or recommend this company! Their business practices are untrustworthy!Review from Conrad A

Great company with fast service. Highly recommend them. They solved an issue with my air that two other contractors could not.
