This is place is awful. Faith based counseling is WHAT THEY ARE NOT. Owner pays invoices by credit card, non payment for services rendered, returned check. Still have not receives payment for services as a provider. The owner acts in a malicious ways and unprofessional. DO NOT TO THIS FACILITY AT ALL COST

Please reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. You are totally correct invoices are paid by credit card and we do not have any returned checks on file. an hour ago NEW The WOMEN that run this facility is very rude and disrespectful to their patients. Every encounter with them has been terrible. When you call they do not answer the phone, they don't return phone calls they lie about you not rescheduling appointments so they they can get a fee. I have been in their office waiting on them to service for over 30 mins no one comes out of their office. I have left notes on the desk because no one comes out to service you. They over talk you and refuse to listen to what the patient or the parent has to say. They always yell at you and they never take responsibility for their faults when they mess up medication. This mother is upset because her daughter was discharged from our facility due to mother's aggressive behavior. We stand by our decision of discharging this client from our facility because of her mother behavior. We will not have anyone coming in our facility and be disrespectful to our staff members because our staff will never disrespect anyone that enters our facility. This was a management decision and we stand by our decision. We do wish the client best of luck with her journey to find a mental health provider that could meet their needs.

Thank you for the response but I have video and recordings I also have pictures where I had to leave notes and things to show that I was at the office and received no service. They didn't discharge my daughter I told the administrator on yesterday that my child has already have services in place somewhere else. The problem is the always want to ce for someone's character when it comes to them not taking responsibility for their actions in any situation. I have never been rude to them. Also if you were to read their ******.com reviews there is plenty of people expressing the same concerns that I have with this facility and their staff. At this point we will no longer continue to entertain ***. *****. ***. *****'s daughter was discharged from the agency on 06/28/2022 and we are no longer her daughter's mental health provider. ***. *****'s behavioral is very concerning and management concerns are should **** be notified. ***. ***** and her mother have a history of aggressive behavior and our agency do not allow this kind of behavioral from anyone in our facility. A client was in the facility witnessing when ***. ***** was acting out on yesterday. ***. ***** was extremely rude to the psychiatrist on yesterday and her conversation was witness by the Office Manager and Clinical Director. ***. ***** is having her own personal issues and she feels that she can express her anger on innocent people. ***. ***** was informed verbally after meeting with the psychiatrist that she would need to find her daughter another mental health agency because her aggressive behavioral will not be tolerated at this facility. A certified letter was also mailed out on today regarding Encompass Counseling, Wellness & Rehab is no longer her daughter's mental health provider. We wish **. ***** and her family much success with finding a mental health provider that can provide them with excellent mental health services.Customer Response

Thank you for this information and ma'am I I'm totally ok with you reporting me to **** so when they do come out to my home I can definitely show them your facilities true values and that you are not for the patient. Also your company violated hippa because we were not in your office when you spoke with me about my daughter and her medical situation and things of that nature so please continue on so that I can gather more information that I need. I discontinue her services because she already had an appointment somewhere else and told you she was not returning when you wanted us to stay another 30 days. It's ok we don't have to continue this here I know the next steps that will be taken. Have a wonderful and blessed day to you and your staff. Blessings that we will not have services with a company as of yours
