    We have taken every opportunity to resolve these matters at the lowest level, but all staff have ceased contact and refuse to provide responses, including the owner, Mr. JP W******** Below is a brief summary, and more details are available in the attachments.. J Auto Ranch has potentially committed two crimes as indicated by our lawyer: - Failure to deliver title and Theft by conversion - Police report filed on * *** **** with ****** ******* ** Police Department. A case number and copy of the police report may be provided upon request. False Advertisement - Advertised 125-point inspection and cannot produce documentation to show claimed inspection was performed. Additionally, there is irrefutable evidence such as air filters with excessive buildup, and upper oil pan leaks, that indicate the inspection was not performed as advertised. Entering a contract under false pretenses/breach of contract - The dealership did not disclose emissions tampering that is in violation of the Clean Air Act and other Environmental Protection Agency laws - Dealership did not deliver title within 30 days as required by Georgia state law. Even now, 11 Oct 2024, 74 days, we still have not received a title. This is also a business trend of J Auto Ranch as demonstrated by similar cash buyers that do not receive a title or registration. Fraud/Misrepresentation - Failure to perform 125-point vehicle inspection as advertised in vehicle ad - Sell of a vehicle without required emissions equipment - Failure to furnish title after vehicle was paid for in cash - Failure to file registration paperwork, twice. (First temp tag expired 13 Sep 24 and the DMV provided one more tag out of courtesy for the situation. As of 10 Oct 24, there is still no registration paperwork on file at the DMV.)     I purchased my 2020 **** ******** on 16 *** 2022. I traded in my 2016 *** **** - this vehicle was paid off BUT had a lien on the vehicle by ***** ******** ********* for a loan I took out in about August-September 2022. I was informed Js Auto Ranch would provide the check to the loan agency to pay off the current lien in order to obtain the vehicle's title. Today is 17 *** 2022 and the loan agency has not received the check. I have contacted the dealership multiple times to get updated information but am told the workers "upstairs" which is actually workers at another location, are in charge of this action and was told I will receive a phone call which I have not received yet. I was ***lined a number and address for this other site. Luckily, the loan agency has a grace period which ends on 22 *** 2022. But I am not confident the check will be provided by then and I will be responsible for continuing payments on the loan. I will attach documents once I gather everything.

    On 25 ***, J Auto Ranch agreed to purchase my **** ****** ****** truxk for $15,300. I advised them that I owed about $*500 on it, as it was financed through ****** ********* ****** *****. I asked them how they it will work and he said they would pay my truck off to ****** and notify me when their payoff clears and I can come get my remaining amount of the ,$15300. This would be about $8700 that I would receive after they paid the truck off. I asked for a timeline and he said it normally takes up to about 5 days to clear ****** ********* ****** ***** with the payoff. I kept checking the loan account everyday to see if the payoff was made. After a week, I contacted ****** and they said they have received nothing from J Auto Ranch. I contacted the dealer and he said he would ask the title clerk but I did not hear back. 9 days after the sale, I contacted ****** again and they still had received nothing from the dealer or any correspondence from them. They also advised me that my payment is late on the truck. I explained it was sold over a week ago. I personally went to the dealership on ****** and asked them in person about it. He went and talked to the title guy and said they would be going over the payoff that afternoon. A week after going to the dealer to find out what is going on, the loan still has not been paid. I contacted ****** ********* again and they said they still have received no correspondence from J Auto Ranch and that my payment is late and they needed to pay it very soon so it doesn't hurt my credit even more. Additionally, the truck was listed for sale on their website on ******. It was then marked as sold as of ******. If they sold they vehicle, that means they sold it still with my loan active and profited from the vehicle that they never paid for. As of *******, it has 17 days and no effort has been made for them to make the payoff of pay me the money owed for my truck they purchased.
