    May 2023 Wildlife prevention and removal Cost $1600 Legends ******************************* Damaged shingles on a new roof when in the process of wildlife prevention discovered the damage when the roof began leaking June 2024 Spoke to the manager ******, in June 2024 continuing up to July 26th many times - denies they did the damage. Escalated to the owner **** ***** who has delayed coming to view the damage since speaking to him on July 26, 2024.The initial damage was a leak in the roof from Legends damaging the shingles. It cost $2855 to repair. By having the roof repaired, and hiring someone to replace all my gutters discovered that they did additional damage to the shingles, which were glued down to the gutter guard and the gutter company could not even do the work. I have contacted the owner many times regarding the damage they caused. Spoke to **** ***** 1 time, scheduled to come by and said he needed to reschedule. Contact 4 additional times No response. Then responded this last time with he no longer works there. in September 2024, the owner said he no longer works there. I do not have any recourse now. It will cost an additional $2000 to replace the shingles that are glued to the gutter guard.

    To whom it may concern, 1st off **** ***** does not own legend pest and wildlife solutions.

    It is owned by ******* ********. 

     

     

    1) We do not use tar and never have, we do not tar shingles to a gutter ..that is absurd.

     

    2) This ladies warranty ran out months ago..she is not under warranty it only has a 1 year warranty.

     

    3) We deny all claims made by this individual!,1st of all being that they have nothing to do with what we do or materials we even use.

     

    4) She has made absurd accusations and we have shown her she was wrong 2 different times and we have pictures as well!

     

    Making baseless accusations against a company can be costly! and we want to end it here!..but we will defend the reputation of this company! ..be that known upfront! and wish this individual the best in taking care of whatever personal issues they are having. Next we will seek legal action with our Lawyers in court!

     

    Also let it be known me and **** have been to her house 2 times and took pictures, what she is blaming us for makes no sense! And why would she wait a year after her warrant expired! To blame us for things we did not do.

    Also I asked to meet with any professionals out there! And she wouldn't let me!

     

    I know this people scam! And if she could she would have done a charge back...but too late. Her time expired. 

    The wildlife job worked for 1 year like it was guaranteed. 

    We offer a money back guarantee, but not after 1 year of a job that did exactly what it should have done.

    Everything in my complaint is true and was told that **** was part owner so apologies to ******* ******** for that. No, I would not have withdrawn my payment to them,  because clearly I didn't find out about the damage until I tried to replace my gutters a year later, so has nothing to do with warranty work or my paying for the wildlife prevention.  I am NOT a scammer and I am NOT a liar. ****** just wont listen to my complaint as he still doesn't understand that his employees did glue the shingles to the gutter guards without his or the company's knowledge but will not even consider that. I never once said that it is their company practice or industry practice to glue the shingles like that and never said that ****** or **** were the ones that did the work so I am not accusing them personally of any damages. **** did not come look at the damage of the shingles/gutters or the roof leak, only ****** came to look at the spot where the roof was leaking and took pictures. I was waiting on **** to come look at the gutters as he said he would before I got the roofer and gutter guys out here to meet with them, so "she would not let me" is false **** never came out, and after I was told he didn't work there anymore, I felt I needed assistance from BBB to address this  as I had tried to explain these things to ****** already. Their response does not address the real issue and accuses me of things that are just not true, however, I do not wish to take this further, as I cannot spend anymore time or energy on this. BBB, please close the complaint and I would like this response sent to the company, then as far as I am concerned, its over.
