************************* supposed veterinarian should not be allowed to treat any animals or be in control of their care given the fact she was so rude inconsiderate bedside manor was 0 on a scale of 1 out 10 with 10 being the best I give ***** -0. I hope no other person or animal has to ever deal with ************************* and have to be talked to and disrespected both myself and my 14 yr old baby girl sunshine was by ************************* in such a critical time she made my situation and experience with town lake emergency veterinarian the absolute worst experience one could have.Review from LUIS M

I took my *********************************** for surgery with **************** and they did something to my dog but didn't fix him like they told me. About a week later I took him back and they put him under anesthesia again because they did not fix the issue the first time. So until this day my baby still has the same issue. Another vet recommended the surgery I paid this place already for. I called them to see what we were going to do about it and *** was telling me to take him to 2 places for a second evaluation and if they said that **************** didn't do it right I would get my money back. they knew well enough that a vet wont talk negative about another vet. I do have the suggested surgery in writing by the second vet so my next move is to go to court and file against the clinic and ****************. Obviously she did not do it right that's why littleman still sounds horrible. I did not pay $1,800 for nothing. I want my dog fixedReview from Shannon W

I could give ZERO STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD this place is an absolute joke I addoped a kitten who started showing signs of upper respiratory infection on the day I was leaving to come home witch is six hrs from where we live I called on the way home to see if I could get her in I wasn't comfortable with her breathing they told me to call when I got closer so I did I get there while my kitten is lethargic an gasping an choking I sit for 2 hrs frustrated I ask how long it will be they tell me there's more important things that came in aftere they had to take care of (I seen one other car in the parking lot when I got there)an that it would be another 2HOURS I get things are more severe then others but my cat could not breathe I sat in the bathroom all night with the shower running to help her breathe to get her lucky in to another vet this morning 100%unprofessional an non caring place
