    purchased vehicle in 2022. purchased warranty with vehicle. motor problems in 2024. vehicle still very much in parameters of warranty. warranty canceled due to suspension modification. this modification done prior to purchase. dealership said its normal and would work it out with warranty company just that part of the warranty would be voided & car would be taken care of. than company ignored me barely took my calls never replied to emails and definitely never called me back. pretty shady business practices and etiquette.

    My name is ************************* for years this third party been taking my state taxes. And when I reach out to them the only thing they tell me is that my case is no longer in the office. To email ************************* And that it would take ********************************************************************************************************************** by phone. I don't know if you handle this matter but I please ask you to try to look into it or if you don't handle this matter can you please give me the information that I can get to the bottom of this matter because they is taking my money every year and I don't owe anyone. No one send me nothing by a male is not on my credit report. So I don't know where this debt is coming from and no one is providing me with the correct information for I can see why my state taxes is been taken every year. I did have a outstanding hospital bill and I paid that off and when I paid it off it had removed from my credit report. And they are still taking my state taxes and I don't know why. Feel free to contact me by phone if you need more information or if you. Have the number or place that can help me look into this matter if this not a matter you look into. ************.     I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD LTZ 6.6L Duramax diesel from this dealer on February 12 2024. When I pulled off the lot the gas meter read "7 miles to empty".2-3 days after my purchase the vehicle was already due for an oil change. Upon receiving my oil change, I was shown the filters. They were absolutely disgusting. A couple days later my check engine light comes on with a code saying my coolant sensor has to be replaced. Relatively inexpensive part and fix that is to be expected with a used vehicle. Fast forward to February 29 2024, my check engine light is on again. This time my Transmission Control Module has failed. I'm a very patient person, but at this point I have paid nearly $40,000 for a vehicle that won't even shift into first gear. The only way I could even get a response from the owner was to post a negative ****** review. To the surprise of absolutely no one, he text me 15 minutes after the review was posted. One of his employees called me and discussed the issue at hand. Again to the surprise of absolutely nobody, nothing has been done. My truck is currently sitting at ************** in ***** ******* being fixed. My issue is that this dealership guaranteed they inspected all of their vehicles. When I requested documentation of said inspection I was told the documentation was unavailable. From what I've seen, if the vehicle was inspected, the inspection was done by a 7 year old. Regardless of my level of disgust, I just want the repairs to my transmission control module reimbursed. As much as I despise this dealership I am only seeking a fair and prompt resolution.

    On 5/21/2022, GA Auto World of Woodstock fraudulently contracted with me in the purchase of a vehicle that was guaranteed by meeting of the minds including verbal reassurances that they thoroughly inspect all vehicles, pointing to some 15 years in business with no issues. As part of this clearly intentional fraud, GA Auto World of Woodstock sold me a service contract on a car that could NOT be covered by such a warranty as I have been advised by the ******************** The assurance provided by the selling of a service contract is counter to the facts of the matter which are that the vehicle had been so improperly modified by some individual prior to my inquiry, that the vehicle was ineligible for coverage.I have remained civil in my dealings with both TruWarranty and GA Auto World with reasonable requests for either coverage based on special provision in GA (Section 3 F.2 in warranty documentation) which states that state that, if modifications were not made by me or were not disclosed to me, that I am eligible to receive warranty coverage. I offered to settle the matter with a negotiable partial-purchase price buy-back with ** Auto World and they refuse to acknowledge the situation.Gwinnett Chrysler/Jeep inspected the vehicle and provided the details of the problems to TruWarranty and these have also been provided to GA Auto World. The Bill of Sale states: "Unless Seller provides a written warranty, or ENTERS INTO A SERVICE CONTRACT within 90 days from the date of this contract..." it is AS-IS. In my estimation and as is reasonable in our common language, this DID in fact happen.

    We understand that your car has an issue after six months of your purchase. Now, you had done a pre purchase inspection and was 100% satisfied with the vehicle. Anything could have happened in that 6 months. From what we understand is that the wiring harness is bad. There was no way that it was bad at the time we sold you the vehicle and the vehicle ran for 6 months without any problems. We will speak with the warranty company to cancel the warranty. We are also willing to trade you out of that vehicle. We will do whatever we can to help you. These are used machines, and anything could go wrong. As your mechanic gave you a green light to purchase this vehicle at the time of the sale, we also sold you a vehicle that passed all our inspections. You bought an 11-year-old vehicle with 100k miles. ***** we are a reputable family-owned business, we are still trying to help you out.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    None of the statements about my having had the vehicle inspected are true. Also the vehicle had been improperly modified prior to my purchase invalidating the warranty the sold me.

    They pressured me into the sale with a story about another buyer on the way and lied profusely about the quality of the vehicle and of their inspection process.
