    Debtor must notify us directly if they wish for us to provide them proof.  They can always try to dispute it through the proper channels instead of the BBB.  Notify your credit bureau if you think this debt is invalid and we will make sure we provide the proof we need to them so we can keep reporting this debt to them.

    this is not a duplicate so don't **** it as one, read carefully This Notice is to confirm that the account is disputed under 15 USC 1692 et seq. Please verify under oath that this account is valid, free from any claims and defenses including but not limited to: any breach of agreement, failure of consideration or material alterations, and that the original lender provided value. Further, that the alleged account was transferred in good faith and by the consent of all parties involved................................. After reasonable inquiry I have concluded that peoples financial corporations is in breach of the alleged agreement. The following facts support my position in this matter.................a federal claim for securities fraud will be served upon corporation if account isnt removed , trust officer *********************** has already been contacted and notified of forensic accounting audit , CFO and CEO will also be contacted regarding sell of contract, please provide the following information on attached document.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You all have said this previously before and did nothing, so I will proceed to the supreme Court if I have to for securities fraud regarding this account, the judgement was only awarded because I didn't show up magistrate ***** given circumstances. And you all have a hard time following instructions given the fact that you all can't provide proof that institution actually incurred a loss.

    I am not liable for this debt with Peoples Financial *** I do not have a contract with Peoples Financial ***, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.I mailed a Debt Validation Letter to Peoples Financial *** in writing and did not receive a response within 30 days. Therefore, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand this account be removed from my credit report.

    This was already replied to by our home office.  He made separate complaints to both.

    The loan was his, we have all proof of ID and contracts. He never sent us any correspondence requesting verification. He paid account as agreed and it was showing as such on his credit report. Regardless we have requested to have this removed this from his credit report.

    Had auto loan have proof arrangement was made with manager for my account to have payment made by end of NOV and my car was hit and totaled 18 th if November When calling to inform payment would be arriving for payoff they told me that I would be receiving 0 when I was told my 10 day oayoff amount was ****** and insc is paying ********* leaving difference of ******** Now they said they are repossession of vechile after it was totaled to receive all monies and not give me my portion I do have text showing I was in communication and goid standing with branch manager just 4 days before being hit and car totaled They are trying to steal miney that does not belong to them

    We have decided to issue a check to the customer in the amount of $2329.68 for the overage of the insurance total loss on account #*********. The customer's second account(#************* has with us remains in default. We hope she will do the right thing and put the insurance overage on the second account to honor her contractual obligations.

    I accept the offer from Peoples Financial for the overage check they offer that is the roght thing to do, I reject removing complaint until I receive the overage due to the fact they were dishonest with the insurance company about payoff amount so they could receive full amount and keep until complained and made known the dishonest act they were trying to do

    As for the second account I was a cosigner for my sons account in which he has had medical and mental illness as to where he cannot pay loan as in text I provided I offered to take full responsibility if they would put loan in my name only and I was refused so I do not know what more I can offer 

    The honest amount of payoff was ********* for my totaled vechile and they dishonestly provided ****************** with the amount of ****** so they could get entire payout of  over ********* and told would not provide me with any documentation as to the amount provided to Allstate or the amount I would be receiving

    if they had handled the claim truthfully, Allstate would have directly paid them and rapid paid me the difference now I am left to find a way to work and maintain my job until they decide to give me my rightful portion of the payoff money

    I was also told by ****** in text which I have to prove I would be maild my portion but no amount ***** and would have to wait til they received theirs I could not come by office to puck up so they can drag me that much more in the meantime I am having to uber to work because rental expired once the ir claim was resolved

    It is crominal they way they have handled this and as soon as I receive what they say they will pay which I think they should add ********************************************************************************* wait at least 10 additional days

    but as once as I receive payment I will then agree to remove complaint and I  have also contacted the insurance commissioners office for the state of GA to complain about their fraudulent  activity on this account

    Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope this is resolved as they claim will be but at this point I do not have much faith in the words they put on paper

    Our company financed an automobile for this customer, he defaulted, and now there is a deficiency.  The court has upheld this, and the credit reporting is legal and accurate.

    Complainant is citing privacy laws but states the account is closed and they want it removed from his credit.  It doesn't work that way.  If they have a problem with reporting they should file a dispute with the credit bureaus, not the BBB.  Credit bureaus will decide the validity of said complaint and make any corrections they deem appropriate.
