My air conditioner went out and some technicians from Extreme Residential came by on June 5,Monday. The technicians that came by did not speak any English,so they could not tell me why my air wasnt blowing cool. I had already told *******(the phone service person) that no cold air was being blown & filters had been changed within the appropriate time. She instructed me to turn my system off, just in case the line was froEn(at this ti*** my lines were not frozen) but I turned my system off as instructed. The technicians came in: first took the thermostat off the wall. Then went into the attic. Then after being in the attic for 30mins, they came out and just walked outside(never once speaking to me about anything). After about 45mins, I decided to go outside to see what they were doing, I noticed they were near the **** system and took the door off and messed something up with the wires. They were speaking broken English about a low pressure sensor. I asked, so will you fix it today. They nodded and said, yes. Long story short, the issue was not fixed. Three days later, I received a call about a replacement for high pressure sensor which was the complete opposite of what the technicians told *** ****** saying they had already fixed the issue that day. They left the outside **** compartment wide open with the s**** driver sitting above it, which is an EXTREME hazard. Wires were exposed and all. The door has been open for a week now. My entire line to the **** system is now frozen after they left. It was never frozen before they arrived on Monday, June 5. I need to report Extreme Residential for their lack of care and causing more issues with my **** system. I have turned my system off inside on the thermostat but the outside **** system has been running nonstop since last week making a very loud noise. I havent even been in my newly built home for a year and already having issues with the **** system that was initially installed by Extreme Residential.

I contacted Extreme Residential *******. [Extreme] on 6/14 at **** and left a message stating I needed assistance as my AC unit was not cooling and they had installed the same. The message further stated I did not believe it was under warranty but I needed someone to repair the same and would pay cash. I phoned a representative with Extreme at ****. I repeated the information previously provided and asked for a repair person be sent as soon as possible as the temperatures over last few days have been extremely high. The representative responded that they installed units and did not repair them if the warranty was expired. I made it clear that I knew the warranty expired and would pay cash to have it repaired and was told that is not what they do, and they were unable to schedule anything. I then asked for the official name of the business and the owner's name and was told it was Extreme Residential and the owner was ***** - neither of these are accurate after a search on SoS. I then accessed the Extreme webpage at extremeresidential.com and found that only the home page and the blog have any information, but there is a tab indicating they offer maintenance services. I searched the SoS business listings and found Extreme Residential ******** and confirmed it was the correct business as the phone number was the same and the caller id that showed on my phone was Blue Horizons US, which is listed as a former name in the filing history. The company's control number is ********. I searched the business name for a license and did not find anything. The *** is ***************************** R. Hires. My complaint is a company operating in the **************** can install equipment, repair it only when it is under warranty and then deny service when the weather makes having an AC unit imperative. Their webpage is deceptive as it indicates services they confirmed they do not offer. They are not willing to provide information that allows me to verify whether they're legit.

I contacted Extreme Residential because they were the referenced compnay for my new home construction who installed the **** system. My downstairs started having extreme moisture that caused mildew in my home. There was also water in my dryer. They came out October 2021 and said water from my furnish was blown into the air ducts which is caused the dryer and moisture incidents. I am a new homeowner and not educated on these matter but why would water be in my air ducts unless the installation was not done properly. I still feel as if water is in my ventiliation system and no one fixed it. After their visit there was another incident where it rained and there were water spots on my ceiling. Fast forward to this past week June 2022, my air conditioning is not working at all, it's hot and no cold air will blow. Extreme Residential tells me I am out of my warranty and there is nothing they can do. However, the original claim was within warranty and not properly fixed, even more it was probably never installed properly in the first place. The customer service was very poor, no one would listen only wanting to tell me they can not do anything, without providing any explanation. Also, when the technician came in October, he was speaking to me in a translator on his phone telling me how beautiful I was. I am highly disappointed in the customer service and lack of care for a situation they are responsible for. Who knows what other problems will come from this company's negligence.
