The people are just a bunch of a** h**** that dont gaf about anything. They constantly park in front of me and my neighbors driveways. They park in THE dumbest place you could chose to do so. Its like they forget they drive trucks and cant drive over a curb. They seem completely surprised that their poor choices are affecting others. The people who work for this place seem to be trained to be as incompetent as possible. What a pile of d***s.

I have used Turf Master for over 4 Years and have come to realize they have be charging for services that were never performed. I just cancelled them after speaking with ***** and ****. I couldnt believe the lies that were revealed to me by the technician regarding the lack integrity and shady business practices from this ******* *************** They lied about the chemicals and admitted that they lied. Please dont waste your money with this company. You can do as well by buying a bag of products from PIKE.Turf Masters Lawn Care, Inc. Response

************** you have been with us since October of 2020 and I am sort of complexed as when I review your account you had our lawn care and tree/shrub services. When we do a liquid application yes the majority of the liquid is water while the active ingredients are labeled to be less than 10% of the entire ratio. I then reviewed the *** of the vehicle that was used and it was at your property for the duration, usually a bit longer, than what your invoices state.On April 16, 2024 we did apply exactly what was listed on your invoices. A pre and a post emergent along with fertilizer for the Bermuda and then a Insecticide and fungicide to the ornamental trees and shrubs.I am sorry that there was not better results but we do have to remember that we are a partnership and we all have items that we need to make sure happen for the plants to thrive. 1) Plants must be planted in the correct environment and we had some shade and drainage issues 2) Plants must be watered and trimmed accordingly, grass and plants vary but most landscapes need 1" of water weekly and aa ******* lawn should be mowed between 5 - 7 days and never take off more than 1/3 of total growth 3) Fed properly both the turf and the shrubs need to be fed and fertilized - the lawn will get weeds and we will treat for them - the plants will get insect and disease activity and we will treat for that accordingly.Thinking of it with these three sides it is a triangle of Mother Nature - Homeowner - Turf Masters if any of the three sides are not in order the results that we want will not be achieved. We will have some results but they will be limited.Review from David W

I have been a customer for 18 years. I have had a dead spot issue going on seven years . TurfMaster said there is nothing they can do to repair the issue.I was told that in time this issue will go away.At this point in time the company has not preformed or formulated a program to eradicate the problem.Review from David B

WARNING TO PET OWNERS Do not use Turf Masters! We had an incident recently when my wife was pulling into our driveway and saw the Turf Master technician spray chemical around (or on) our golden doodles. This was the last straw for us and we stopped using them. I spoke with the Service Manager, and he was surprised to hear this and stated that their policy is to let the homeowner know to let the dogs in and in the event, they were not able to contact them to simply skip the house and more on. Later the Service Manager called back and told me that I had given permission to him in the past to spray chemicals while the dogs were outside, which is a complete lie and he agreed it sounded off. Regardless I would not recommend Turf Masters at all. We had spent a lot of money on lawn care, tree and shrub and mosquito service only to feel let down. Prior to the incident with the dogs, I had already called them out a few times complaining at how my front year with Emerald ****** was looking, it was not in good shape, and he agreed and was going to work on making it better. Save yourself time and money and do not use Turf Masters, they are not a competent nor fair company to work with.Review from Steve H

Turf Master's always left a yard sign and an invoice on my front door when service was performed.In July I received an email with an invoice even though no yard sign or door invoice was left. I called Turf Master's to question this and they said they'd research and get back to me. I had to follow up with several emails and finally was told that the service tech didn't have any yard signs that day. No response as to lack of door invoice. I told them I wouldn't pay the invoice because they couldn't prove the work was done.11 emails later, with several from them claiming that the manager would call me which he never did, I thought they had cancelled the invoice as requested.Today in the mail I received an invoice dated 9/19/23. I still won't pay.I cancelled the service in August because of terrible customer service.I would not recommend them to anyone.Review from Melanie R

Horrible customer service! Sprayed my house orange from chemicals and over a month later I still have orange dots on my house and they refuse to call me back nor remove the remaining orange dots. I highly DO NOT recommend this company!!Turf Masters Lawn Care, Inc. Response

After looking in to all of our database with our sister companies as well I think that there might be confusion with our name and the company that did this. We service primarily the ******* ** area. We have a sister company based out of ***** but we do not service the *****************, **********, area.There is a Turfmasters Lawn and *************** out of ******* ** but we are not affiliated with them.Review from Jennifer W

Horrible customer service. Called in last week because someone from turf master treated my lawn in error instead of my neighbors (their customer). I called Turf Master trying to get a list of ingredients that were put on my lawn so that I could ask what I should do or what to tell my lawn service. I was told a manager would call me back, but never did. I called every few days, but no calls were returned. Finally called again and said I would hold until they found a manager. Finally spoke to a manager and he never apologized. Spoke to me like this was no big deal. I definitely got the impression I was a nuisance for even asking. Ive seen the Turf Master Lawns in my neighborhood. Its exactly why I never hired them. Poor performance all around.Turf Masters Lawn Care, Inc. Response

I am extremely sorry that the manager did not respond back promptly. I truly try to make sure that we respond promptly and our policies in a situation like this should have been same day. If you would please call our office at ************ and ask for ********************* I would like to find out what branch is responsible for this so I can address it appropriately.
Once again I am sorry that the response did not happen immediately.

Some months ago I called Turf Masters and closed my account; paid the current charge of $45 noting I closed the account. About a month later I came home to find the small piece of grass in my front yard had been sprayed and I was billed $45. I called Turf Masters to sort the mistake. The woman on the phone said the account was not closed, she was closing it and I did not need to pay the $45. A month later I received a letter from American Profit Recovery, a collection agency, asking for the $45 which I was told I did not have to pay. I called Turf Masters, this time the woman who answered said I would need to speak to the manager who did not answer the telephone so I left word on the answering machine. I did not get a call back, but another letter from American Profit Recovery has arrived!It is wrong for Turf Masters to say one thing and do another then refuse to communicate so the mistake can be cleared up in good faith. I have never failed to pay a **** in my life. I do not appreciate having this **** submitted to a debt collection agency without any attempt on Turf Masters part to settle the matter with me directly with one telephone call. I thought Turf Masters was a reputable company; it turns out they are not. 5/28/2022
