    I would not purchase from this company. I paid extra to get my items delivered faster and they held everything for a week before they sent my items out. They said I didnt respond to the email. Why would I need to respond to an email about shipping my items out when I paid for expedited shipping. I still have yet to receive my items. I would not purchase from this company. Very shady.

    If I could give this business one star, I would. I got a refund both times, but the deceptive practice worries me. On 5/3/2024, I purchased two scrub tops from this company's website. **************** sent an email with the order number and tracking number. On 3/14/24, I got an email stating that the items were out of stock and that I would get a refund. So far, I was okay with this because things happened. I got a refund on 5/17/24. The first problem was that I returned to the website and placed the same items in my cart. I emailed the company's customer service, pointing out that the items were still available on the website. **************** assured me that she would contact the IT ***** On 5/23/24, I noticed that ******** Com had the same scrub that I wanted from this company. I have purchased a different color from ******* before, so I didn't check the seller. On 5/24/24, when I checked the estimated arrival time of the items, I realized the seller was Pulse Uniform. I immediately contacted ******* to inquire if the scrub top was canceled. To no surprise, it was. Why is this company advertising products not in stock? As of 5/24/23, Scrubs Women's Tri-*********************** Wrap block Y-Neck Scrub Top Color: Green ***** Malibu is still available for $20.99 on Pulseuniform.com website.

    I ordered two sets of scrubs from Pulse Uniform on 1-24-24 totaling $103.96. On 1/31/24 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped and that I would receive my order between Feb 08th & Feb 13th. On Feb 8th, I received an email stating my order was delivered at 2:54 am. Around 8 am, I checked outside my apartment's front door, and mailbox, and contacted my apartment leasing office as soon as they opened to have them check to see if a package was retrieved for me and the answer was no. I then contacted Pulse customer service to explain that I had not received my package and requested to cancel my order and get my money back. The customer service rep at ********************** was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stated I could not get my money back and stated she would open up an investigation.I asked how long the investigation would take and she could not provide an answer, and that seemed sketchy to me. I finally stated that I would call back in a few days for an update. However, before I ended the call, I asked her what if I still don't have the package in a few days then what? The lady stated then we would just work something out. This left a bad taste in my mouth, and my gut told me that I was being scammed. Not only did I feel like she was lying about opening up an investigation, but her intention was also not to give me my money back. Truth be told, I don't think my package was ever shipped. I wished I had read the reviews before I made my purchase. Once I read the reviews, there were so many customer complaints of placing orders and never receiving their orders or getting their money back. I work hard for my money and if I am dissatisfied with the service, I have the right to request my money back especially if I never received my order. So, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I hate to even give 1 star because the way they conduct business doesn't seem legit at all.

    Hi *********,Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, I understand that the situation can be frustrating.We assure you that the package was shipped, with the tracking number ********************** via USPS.I will request the shipping label that was used for this shipment as evidence.We have already filed a claim with the carrier, and it is currently under review and the timeframe varies based on their investigation, usually they provide us up to 7-8 business days.We are not a scam company, we are just trying to check and see what happened with the package since, the carrier shows that this was delivered since February 6th.However, if it turns out as lost/damaged or misdelivered by the carrier, we will take the responsibility and will process the refund immediately.We are here to rectify the issue.Feel free to reply on my email or call us back.Thank you!

    I called on 12/21/23 to check on the status of my order. I ordered 7 pairs of scrub pants and seven scrub tops. My credit card was charged for the total. It was supposed to be delivered between 12/15/23 and 12/20/23. The woman who answered the call said it was on back order and she didnt know when it would be in. I requested to have the order canceled and she said she would check and see if the order could still be canceled and she would call back tomorrow or send an email. I said you just said it is on back order. She repeated she would check and see if it could be canceled and call or email me the next day. I called again on 12/22/23 and the woman I spoke to said the person I spoke to yesterday was out of the office and she could not do anything with canceling the order and I would have to wait until Monday. I explained to her that I did not get a phone call or email as I was told I would yesterday. She repeated that the person I spoke with was not in and I would have to wait until Monday. I asked why it cannot be canceled and why is she not able to help me and anyone in the company should be able to help me. She repeated again the person I spoke to is now out of the office and she will be able to help me on Monday.

    I made about a 40 dollar purchase where the pants didn't match what I needed and the scrub cap was too big. Was out 12 dollars for shipping and out another 20% for "restocking fee" to leave me with about one third of my money back. Just disappointed seeing that the other 2 scrub companies I have recently purchased from offered free returns etc when items didn't fit/work out.

    I ordered a scrub set(top & bottom) on September 23,2022. I payed via PayPal. I never received payment confirmation from Pulse, only my PP receipt. I sent an email to ask for tracking info. I 1st got an e response that the email was invalid. Got in touch with PP & they provide an email for my Pulse payment. I sent 2 more emails. It is 10/06/2022 & I still haven't heard from them! I was thinking this was an all out scam. Until I came here & saw others giving a bad review for the low quality of their products. At this point I would hope to cancel altogether. ?? I will now on check reviews before buying. ****** learned. In today's economy, honest workers deserve better!!! Do not shop here!!!

    Oh Boy looks like : get in line!! Horrific experience with this joke of a drop ship location!! Ordered almost 2 months ago, delivered to the wrong address. I am still waiting for them too dos something about it. No money back, no product no customer service. I am writing an official complaint to the BBB.
