    We made an order for my family members college graduation. This company initially chatted with me and received my full payment. Afterwards, I was unable to receive any update information concerning my order. I called via telephone numbers provided by their website and to no avail, no one ever answers and the customer service recording stated that their mailbox is full. I am unable to access anyone. Therefore, I believe this is a fraudulent company. I dont have a tracking number and no **** have been received properly, as advertised. We are Senior Citizens and asking for assistance with this fraudulent company and demand a full refund for their nonexistent fraudulent with my credit card payment.

    Customer was trying to contact our company on 12/12/2024 for a tracking number and she couldn't get through.  An email was sent to the customer after hours notifying her that we are sincerely sorry that she has not been able to contact us and that we will contact her first thing in the morning on 12/13/2024 with a tracking number.  An email was sent to the customer at ****** Hawaii Standard time with a tracking number.  The complaint to the BBB was made the same day the product was delivered.  We contacted the customer by phone on after receiving the complaint letter on BBB to double check that the recipient received because according to ****** the box was delivered and left at the doorstep.  The customer confirmed that the recipient did receive the **** and that everything worked out great.  Please feel free to contact the customer to verify.

    I ordered Hawaiian **** and i selected two day air. The merchant called me about ************************************************************************* the flowers would die unless i paid extra to have them airmailed overnight. So I paid ****** for the order and then another **** for the upgraded shipping cost. I never received the flowers and when i called, the phone had no voicemail and nobody answered. I believe this may be a fraudulent website.

    Unfortunately, we had to hired a lot of temporary workers during this season and a few of them did not work out so we were short staffed and under trained.  We had to make the best of what we had.  We receive ******************' email when the order was shipped out with the original ship date and not the revised date that she requested.  A full refund has been issue towards her account.  A customer service rep also spoke with her on 6/9/2023 and we've sincerely apologize for the oversight that was made on our end.
