            2/20/23 was the day of the trip. Total of $684.72 for the ************* Snorkel Adventure raft trip which was supposed to be 4 hours but was cut short to 3 1/2. As billed in the title it was supposed to be a snorkel adventure but the Captain, *****, said the water was too murky to snorkel. This trip was a lot of money so I would expect that if were not able to do what was advertised due to weather, then we wouldnt go and wed get our money back, this was not the case. I talked to ******, ******************************, and lastly the manager, ******, to resolve my issue. None of them offered much help at all, ****** did give us a partial refund for 2 of our reservations out of the 3, but I feel thats not good enough do to the trip being advertised as a snorkel adventure for 4 hours and it was only 3 1/2 with no snorkeling, it was extremely frustrating. So Captain Andys advertised and committed to giving us a 4 hour raft trip to snorkel the ************* of Kauai, which did not happen so I want a refund, which the manager ****** did not agree with. I told him my concern and he responded with some people just want to go out and watch the whales and the dolphins and see the *************, which we did. I responded that I only paid for the trip because it involved snorkeling. ****** didnt care and said he could give me an additional 50% off of the 3rd reservation but thats all hes gonna do, which I didnt feel was sufficient so I declined and Im hoping you can help get me get our money back from this crooked company
