  This company has been very shady and some of the information that claims that there ***** **************** and the phone numbers given to me. Mix with actual **** phone numbers and customer service contact info. Is very misleading and potentially scam. I've had nothing but problems having this sorted out. From porting my number from ******* to **** **** does not recognize some of the information at all in any way shape or form. As far as phone number, contact for customer service that I've been given by this company and my account. That I opened for moving cell carriers. It's still not. Set up a 100% appropriately. The way it should be and it's been well over ten days or more , A t and t cannot help me until one thing is resolved in regards to A payment I made to this company in with cash half of which the order is working functional in here and the other half is which **** is willing to help me fix. But first I need to get my taxes or the payment made to this company. Resolved first and I've been contacting them. It's no response for about five s now

  This company provided some really unprofessional and nefarious service when selling me AT&T service.  They were trying to direct me to a so called V.I.P

  AT&T which AT&T said didn't exist and i had a Fraudulent phone number input into my account as a secondary number by somebody that set up my account according to AT&T.  

  I have report this company to AT&T who doesn't seem to care about security so that explains why such businesses like the lionsden is able to operate.

  I have dealt with this customer directly and fixed his concerns. He knows we are not shady at all but he was very upset the customer service number my employee gave him didnt help him much, so I went to make sure everything was fixed. I did my best to help them and bought his girlfriend a SIM card for her phone to fix the problem and he said he was taking this review off since it wasnt personally my companies fault. Overall this was something that I made sure to resolve and give him the best customer service on my side as best as I could for the customer.
