    On 8.9.23, we had a gentleman bang on our door selling. Very aggressive like. We were told the meat was fresh quality, frozen meat from *********, Argentina , and premium Prime beef. After Calling and speaking to a gentleman, he stated xyz of ****** Prime will be on my credit report. 1st flag. Well less than 5 mins later we went inside and 1/2 of the meat was thawed and some was partially thawed. Seeing it was previously frozen and now defrosted, that would be considered unsafe to eat. This was our first time working with the company and we were super excited. Then we contacted the gentleman who was here and then another gentleman regarding we need to return the meat because it's unacceptable that it Completely defrosted and partially defrosted as that's not food safe. We stated we didn't want any return because we couldn't trust the product to be frozen or refrozen. The one gentleman ******* reached out via text but never responded to our messages and call. The gentleman who originally sold us called and was like my boss is mad at me, we have been taking it in and out of the freezer To show people, etc. That is unsafe by the way! especially since the product isn't being properly stored and able to defrost. Then all of a sudden they don't have a return policy and they can just replace but they don't aren't understanding what they sold us already wasn't food safe. Why we would want to just swap out more? We still haven't received a response and we filed a dispute for charges and appropriate product wasn't received and we reached out to the business several Times to resolve the matter with them. They were very communicative before the sale, after the sale they jumped ship.
