  On September 16. 2023, I booked a surf ****** for my daughter. The scheduled date was June 27, 2024. I received a confirmation and paid my money at that time.On June 27, 2024 we showed up approximately 30 minutes before the ****** to check in. We were told that we were not on the schedule and they did not have anyone to give a ******. I showed them the confirmation. The person working there said he called the owner and the issue was that they had changed scheduling software and forgot to transfer our appointment. They asked about an alternate time and date but did not have anything available that fit our schedule. They offered no apology but said they would refund our money.It is now July 16, 2024 and we have not received a refund. I emailed the company on July 11, 2024 asking for the refund but they never responded. As of today they have had $188.49 of my money for ten months and refused to provide the agreed-upon ******.

  We registered and paid for a 2 Hour surf ****** and only received an hour of the service. We requested a partial refund for that services we did not receive and the owner refused. We have picture evidence and phone evidence that proves the length of service.

  Hello.

  This lady is scammer. Her friend ******* booked 2HR surf ****** on June 2nd 2023 for her kids, whose were unable to handle 2 HR surf ****** because kids were out of shape. Surf instructor finished surf ****** 40 min earlier. We explained to her friend ******* the situation and used to think that the issue was resolved. On June 16th somebody put a bad review on Yelp about the experience, but it was not the person who booked the surf ****** on June 2nd 2023 (it was not *******). we already got used to get particular review from our competitors, so we didn't pay attention, just reported the review on Yelp. Then  Carintha Story booked a surf ****** for her relatives. The surf ****** was done by surf instructor who we trust, all relatives were happy, but ******** Story (she didn't surf) was not happy and started to post bad reviews all over internet using different profile, we reported her reviews. Then she provided evidence about the surf ****** on Yelp (white picture) and we issued refund 50% of her surf ****** price on June 30th 2023. The same time with difference 5 min her friend who put a bad review before immediately updated her review to damage our business  (black picture is not an evidence). that why we decided they both booked surf ******s deliberately to do it for free by picking on surf ****** duration. Hope your understanding.
