Upon moving out they billed us estimated utility charges. This was no mentioned in the lease. I want to be billed the correct amounts not an estimated amount. We dont know this amount yet.

The State of Hawaii requires the tenants' security deposit to be processed within 14 days of the tenants' checkout.  As in this case, we often don't receive the utility bill until after the 14 days and must estimate the utilities until we receive the bill.  We will be happy to forward the bills and actual charges when we receive the utility bills and refund any funds if the estimates were higher than the actual bills.

On 7/19/2022 Stott Property was notified of a leak in our unit. About 8/25/2022 mold growth and health concerns were communicated to Stott Property. It was not until 12/5/2022 that Stott Property finally took action to remedy the mold concerns. On 12/5/2022 Stott Property removed our hot water heater to replace dry wall encased with mold. Upon inspection Stott Property discovered mold growth grew exponentially rapid. Also Stott Property found asbestos in the walls. Since 12/5/2022 Stott has left us with no hot water and mold and asbestos circulating in our unit. Stott forces us to be here and refuses to take any action.

The tenant's information is incorrect.  Stott Property Management, LLC immediately ordered the remediation.  The delay was due to the association failing to force the upstairs owner to fix the water leak in a timely manner.

Stott Property Management, LLC has no control over the contractor hired to remediate the water damage.  We also allowed the tenants to break their lease due to their health concerns.  When the tenants did not provide notice, Stott Property Management, LLC gave 45-days written-notice to vacate.  Stott Property Management, LLC followed the state landlord tenant code in addressing this issue.
