I would not recommend this business. The doctor should not be working on cleaning teeth. He caused major pain to my family and making them have pain for days after the cleaning. This is unacceptable and should not occur after a dental cleaning!His bedside manner needs improvement (didn't even greet my son or acknowledge him) as well. Maybe he has been doing his job to long and just doesn't care anymore.Hire more dental hygienists. It's archaic to be a dentist and still cleaning patients teeth. He's out of practice and should not do his own dental cleaning because he is horrible at it. He must know the pain he was inflicting also as he was apologizing the whole time. Upon calling them to complain, cancel any future appointments, and to request records to leave their practice as well as offering us a refund, the office manager stated she would call me back to resolve the issue, yet it's been days and haven't heard back from them.At this point, I doubt I will. This is also highly unprofessional as a complaint should be resolved and addressed immediately. I certainly hope my family did not endure gum or enamel damage due to the brutal way in which he was cleaning their teeth!This practice does not care about their reputation or their patients. Heed to my warning and avoid this dental practice like the plague!
