    Ordered 3 products from Medicinal Foods on 8/13/24 (Dentite Tooth Armor $69.97, Nano Silver Toothpaste $19.97, Tooth Hardening Theobromine Toothpaste $16.00 Total charge incl $9.00 shipping fee/ **** Priority = $104.35). Contacted company via email on 8/24/24 inquiring about status of order as no notifications provided. On 8/25/24 rec'd email from "*****" providing a tracking number. The tracking history begins on 8/14/24 in ************* ****, proceeds to *************, ** **** Distribution Center on to ***********, ** **** Distribution Center then the tracking cycle repeats back to *************, *************, **, ***********, **, etc. I researched and found complaints with this company, learned attempting calls led to dead-end. Also if the product was eventually delivered, it was received damaged or not suitable for use. Therefore, I would like to be refunded for my purchases I did not receive and no longer want. The emailed receipt contained the following info: order ******, order ID *****

    When I placed my order, like others that have complained online, they did not state they were not going to ship until a month later. They claimed warehouse issues, but from previous complaints they've been using that excuse for everyone. I placed my order on 5/22 and I STILL have not received my product. Only after opening a Paypal complaint did they stick a tracking number on the order in to close out the complaint and the package has STILL not arrived. I'll be going to my bank next to do a chargeback if this is not resolved.

    Ordered product, and after almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I sent an email on 6/18 asking about it. They used the "New warehouse" excuse, and refunded the $4 shipping (Like that makes a difference). They said " If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, you may still do so, and you will receive a full refund. Please let us know your decision, and we look forward to hearing from you!"I sent the cancellation email yesterday (6/20), 26 hours ago and asked for a full refund, but JUST received an email (6/21) saying product shipped. I seriously just want my money back and to be DONE with this company. They are dishonest and shady. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY!! They will take your money as fast as they can, and then will take WEEKS to ship it, or will ship it AFTER you cancel the order.

    1. We DID move to a new warehouse that promised same or next day shipments.  But in the process got ***** units backordered.

    2.The customer was complaining they had paid extra for expedited shipping, so we refunded them for Shipping via Priority Mail.

    3.  Once an order is Packaged and handed over to **** in our warehouse then it cannot be stopped.  So while we were trying to accomodate the customer the best we coudl,we caught up to orders before the request to cancel her order could be made (which would have had to go in 2 days befor it actually shipped).  We tried to ask the fulfillment center to pull the order but they said once it;s printed it cannot be taken back from ****

    4. If the customer wishes to ship the product back they can receive a full refund as per our 90 day return policy. 

    5.  There is no malicious intent here. The customer actually got the best discount ever offerred for our product, 25% off, then got FREE Shipping!

    We hope they enjoy thier product, or simply send it back for a full refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was told 2 days prior to the shipment that I COULD cancel my order and get a full refund.  That shows in the attachments already provided.

    There was NO complaint on my part about paying for "expedited shipping".  The shipping was refunded to try and make things better for the extended delay in shipping.  I didn't ask for it.  I didn't complain about it. I complained about the 2 weeks of not hearing anything, but yet you took my money out as soon as you possibly could. Then ignored my cancellation request.  It says it 2 different emails to cancel my order.

    As we've stated, we tried to cancel your order, but it had already been process and there was no way of us stopping the order from reaching you. 

    At your request you have been refunded.  Yet you still have our product.  We are a small company and would appreciate the product returned to sender.

    The item 'Dentite' was purchased on May ******************************************* ******** at a price 15% higher than on their website. The ads promised that the item would be shipped within 7 days. The item was 'shipped' on June 7, which is 11 days after the order was placed, and it was never received. I had to spend hours communicating with **** about this issue via email and phone. They could not locate the item and requested that the sender file a complaint. I asked the company to do so, but they did not get involved at all with ****.I requested a refund several times via email because I did not receive my item within 23 days and do not want to deal with this poor service anymore. I received no response about this request. Therefore, I have to request my refund through the BBB now. By reading the complaints, I understood that they are not shipping goods, citing different excuses such as a "fire" in the warehouse in May and a manager's car accident in June. As a result, I do not want to wait for their 'shipped' product any longer since the stated waiting time has been exhausted. I am requesting a refund.

    Attached is a copy of customers tracking number saying it was delivered.

    While it clearly states in our policy that we are not responsible for lost shipments, that they must be taken up with ***** we were kind enough to offer to send another bottle of Dentite out.  The customer replied, asking how long it would take to ship out?  We sent her the address to confirm and avoid another lost package but have not heard back from customer. 

    In regards to the $59 price on our site, instead of the $69 site, it was due to a Father's *** promotion we began running after she ordered.

    Put in a order April 21st and here it is May 4 and i have not received my products. When i ordered the two products none were on back order. Now it show the toothpaste on back order which wasn't when i ordered it. I have emailed them numerous times and NO RESPONSE from them and I call and no one ever answer or return call. We had problems in the past and gave them another chance and here we are again. I pay priority SHIPPING and now it been 13 days. My roommate took forever again to get his products. Then they gave him a 20 dollar credit to use on next order which is a bad code. I truly don't know what they are doing, suppose to be better per owner for they were getting new warehouse, What a joke.They claim to heal cavities, root conditions and rebuild enamel etc. I believe this should be reported to Attorney General if they don't make this right and quickly. All we are asking is to get my products and in a timely matter.     The order was shipped on May 30th with Tracking # 9400111202058492195061 The coupon given was for use on a different site and that was explained.  We had a fire at the warehouse that fortunately didn't spread due to safety protocol. As well as the production manager's family getting hit by a drunk driver causing delays. We are now at a new facility with a same or next day shipping policy.  Apologies for the delay, and thank you for removing this complaint.

    We have not received our products, we call them and no one answers the phone, we leave messages no return calls and emailed them and no response, we paid extra $9.98 for 2-3 days priority mail and been 7 days. We will report to attorney general and to credit card if we don't get some response from them.
